Ziladerm Anti-Ageing Complex Review – Is this trial a scam?

Ziladerm Anti-Ageing Complex Review – Is this trial a scam?

The Ziladerm anti-ageing complex offers a range of benefits, but there are a few things you should be asking before you go signing up to this trial.

Firstly, does this product even work? We will have to look at the ingredients to see if it works as claimed.

Also, is this product affordable? We can see that it is available for trial, which is often a bad sign with offers like this usually leading onto expensive auto-ship programs.

If you are tempted by this offer then I would suggest that you read on. We will soon reveal the truth about this offer.

Claims made by Ziladerm

Using Ziladerm is said to help you “achieve visibly younger skin”, but this is not the only claimed benefit.

According to their website the following claims are likely too:

  • Brighten skin’s appearance
  • Restore your radiant, firmer skin
  • Smooth look of stubborn fine lines

To check that these claims are accurate we will need to look more closely at the ingredients that have been used.

Ingredients found in Ziladerm

There is neither a label nor a list of ingredients used on their website. What we have got are the following statements:

  • Premium quality ingredients
  • Whole collage molecules
  • Peptide-rich serum

Unfortunately this is not enough information to prove the claims. For all we know there is no benefit to be gained from its use.

Price of the Ziladerm trial offer

Ziladerm is available for trial, but this is not a good sign. Trials are often more expensive than you may think.

To find out the true cost you should spend a moment or two reading through the terms and conditions found in the footer section of the website.

These T&Cs state that once the trial period has ended you will be charged the full purchase price of $89.69, while also being placed onto an auto-ship program that will ship you further monthly packages at full price.

As with all auto-ship programs these additional shipments will continue until you contact Ziladerm to cancel your subscription.

Is the Ziladerm trial offer a scam?

There are some major issues that stop me from recommending Ziladerm.

A lack of ingredient information leaves me doubting its claims, while the cost of the product is also too high.

I would recommend giving this offer a wide berth. There are better and cheaper alternatives available.

    • At the time of my acceptance of the (TRIAL OFFER) of 6.97 I issued my debit for that amount. In a couple of days I did receive the (trial Offer)? Shortly a few days later I received another. Went into my bank account to check ans sure enough the 2 charges were taken out without any knowledge of such with limited funds.. I went to the bank shortly refuting those 2 charges and went back second time to clarify they were indeed refuted as requested. Shortly afterwards I was reimbursed those two amounts.
Today I received notification from my bank that you were protesting the reimbursement. I feel I have been scammed since I received the two items with absolutely No prices thinking they were the SAMPLES? i HAD absolutely no purchase agreement as what your co. was intending continuing to send periodically which I had absolutely no intention. I want to add also that at the time of my order , if you would have checked to see if there was sufficient on those abhorrent amounts, it would have saved me all of this grief because when you did this my account would not have been sufficient, consequently on top of this awful I was charged an additional nsf charge. I intend to pursue the legality of your services.. Evidently from reading the other comments, you have many more unhappy people. SHAME

  6. I just called the 800 number and cancelled my order (within the trial period). I received a cancellation confirmation number, and an email confirming the cancellation. I was promised that no further payments will be made.

“This is to inform you that your order of Firmaluxe Ageless skin Moisturizer has been cancelled.
Please find the summary of your order below.”

  7. I agree with the previous women along with screen shots I have taken stating your are scammers. I was charged $149.85 for product I did not receive. I have contacted my CC Company to let them know, my experience with your company. It is January 16, 2018 at 1:02 PM Eastern Time, I have called your company within your “business hours” only to hear a voice mail to leave my phone number. I tried tapping on your “red underlined” email address to contact you, it would not even take me to email you, so I wrote it down. All screen shots are being saved and sent to my CC company and the Better Business Bureau if necessary. Refund my money.

  12. Cancel my orders and issue me a full refund. This was a scam. You do not say “pay shipping only for your free trial” and then hide that you are going to charge an outrageous dollar amount without someone knowing. Order number was #1215359
Contact me with further instructions on cancellation and full refund.

  13. I did not receive the “free trial offer” but was billed for on 12/31/17. On 1/14/18 I was billed for the full size cream and eye cream for the full amount charged. I have called the number provided on 3 different occasions and have left a message twice — no call back received to either of my calls. I am furious and if I do not receive anything from this company in the way of a phone call, email, etc. i will be filing a fraud charge complaint with Golden 1 Credit Union.

  18. I too was one of many who ordered the trial version of this product & did not see the disclaimer about needing to cancel within 14 days. It wasn’t until I received a letter from my bank stating there was an overdraft (caused by Zila) that I found out what was going on!! This was a bank card that I rarely use and had a low balance, however this kind of sneaky behavior was putting my credit rating at risk!! So I contacted Zila and s/w Alicia who actually said I had to RETURN THE SAMPLES at my own cost before a refund would be considered. This was grossly inadequate so I asked to s/w a supervisor. After several minutes of back and forth, Alan agreed to a complete refund which would take 2 days to process. The money is now back in my account & I requested a new card for my own protection. Note: this disclaimer appears ONLY on the order form and is in very tiny print at the bottom – am sure I’m not the only one who missed this. Be aware of these scam artists!! Can’t speak for the effectiveness of the product, but as the ingredients are questionable, I’ll probably toss it.

  19. This item was supposedly endorsed by shark tank and I was only supposed to be charged $11 for shipping only. I found that $70 was charged to my account and I’m disputing that charge and any other charges. I want my money back ASAP. I also am allergic to this product and have broken out all over my face. Do not send me any more of your scam products
