Soyeux Anti Wrinkle Cream Review – Is this trial offer a scam?

Soyeux Anti Wrinkle Cream Review – Is this trial offer a scam?

The Soyeux anti wrinkle cream makes a number of impressive claims, but does it work as claimed?

Our review will look more closely at this offer to uncover the truth behind the hype.

We will look at the ingredients used, as well as the terms and conditions of the offer to see if there are any hidden charges.

If you are considering signing up for this trial offer then I would recommend that you carry on reading.

Claimed benefits of Soyeux

Using Soyeux is claimed to help you “achieve visibly younger looking skin”. Other benefits that are claimed include:

  • Brighten skin’s appearance
  • Restore your radiant, firmer skin
  • Smooth look of stubborn fine lines

It is worth noting that while these claims sound impressive they are written to entice you into signing up for the offer as quickly as possible.

To check that this product works as claimed you must check what ingredients have been used.

Ingredients found in Soyeux

Unfortunately there is very little proof on their website to back up the impressive claims. Certainly no label or ingredient list.

What we have instead is a short blurb stating that “whole collagen molecules” and a “peptide-rich” serum has been used. While this sounds impressive it doesn’t actually prove anything.

I would worry that using this cream offers no benefit, or that it could potentially cause side effects to occur.

Price of the Soyeux trial offer

Soyeux is available for trial, but this is not a free trial.

If you read the terms and conditions you will find that just 18 days after your initial sign up you will be charged the full purchase price of $92.67.

These T&Cs also show that Soyeux operates an auto-ship program. Meaning that you are going to be sent further monthly packages at full cost.

The only way to stop these additional charges is by contacting them to cancel the subscription.

Is the Soyeux trial a scam?

With almost no ingredient information and a high price there is no way that we could recommend this offer.

There are better and more affordable products available so I would suggest you opt for one of those rather than sign up to this trial.

Contact details for Soyeux

To cancel this trial offer you will need to contact Soyeux using the following contact information:

Alternative Anti Ageing Offer

XYZ Smart CollagenOur suggested alternative would be a product called XYZ Smart Collagen.

This anti-ageing product is made from ingredients that have been shown to both boost collagen production and slow down the rate that it is broken down.

Benefits on offer include:

  • Fewer lines and wrinkles
  • Stretch marks are reduced
  • Firmer, smoother and younger looking skin

As XYZ Smart Collagen is not available for trial you wont have to worry about hidden charges or auto-shipping.

  1. I ordered the cream for the price of shipping and handling. I received a call later in the day from a rep saying my order was never processed and needed my credit card info again. I told him I don’t know where he is calling from & I would not give my info over the phone. I never recieved a package from them. I got 2 charges in the same day from them. $92.67. This is definately a scam!

  2. Tried to cancel this trial after being charged more than what I had entered my card information for the shipping. Emailed support.. no response. Called and the lady I talked with was super rude, told me she will go ahead and charge my card $19.97 and cancel my order. I assured her this was not what i had asked. I wanted to cancel my trial, not have another thing charged to my card and be refunded what I had not authorized them to charge. She then told me that I can cancel it but that this would not stop any additional charges. Now I get to change my card info with my bank to stop being charged for something that the terms and conditions link in my email didn’t even work! Should have known better. Paying for botox every 6 months is way easier and less stress than this stupid “trial offer”

  3. BEWARE, This is a SCAM! My wife ordered soyeux cream Anti-aging products for what she thought was just the shipping cost of $13. She was unaware of the trial., and as soon as it expired we were charged twice for $92.67. I called customer service for my wife, and they were very rude, constantly talking over me and not actually treating me like a customer. The best I could do was get $40 knocked off of each of the $92.67. I spoke with two different customer service reps, and they both were reading off the exact same script. My wife had no intention to continue beyond what she thought was just paying for the free shipping, but we ended up spending a total of $117. We are very unhappy with this company and would not recommend dealing with them to anyone. The recurring billing is a scam, and if you do not cancel before the trial period is over, you will be charged BIG and it can’t be reversed according to them. This is a SCAM! Please do not buy!
If it’s too late and you were charged $92.67 for this product after the free trial, keep pestering their customer service until they at least give you $40 off. They will start with $20 off, and if you continue to complain they will eventually give you the $40 off. That’s the only positive in this Scam, scam, scam, scam, scam.

  5. This so called trial is a total SCAM, someone benefited from me paying for this because the product was never sent to my home, instead it was sent to another different address and they charged me 5 times 97 dollars and now I am having problems to receive a refund, they are rude on the phone and they provide a fax that is perpetually busy. No email address provided.
I am shocked that they dare charge close to 100 dlls for 0.5 oz. This not even a reputable company, nor do we know in reality what they actually put in the ingredients.

  12. I did not sign anything re monthly auto -delivery of this product. I responded to an ad for a “free sample” of Soyeux anti-aging cream and paid the $6.95 shipping cost. There was NO price stated nor any obligation involved. Today, my credit card reflects charge of $92.67. I do not want this product. In fact, I suffered an allergic reaction. I am writing this to CANCEL any further monetary involvement.

  15. I would like to cancel my subscription to the soyeux products, as of January 14, 2019. A reply message was sent to you on that date which was attached to my initial order of 01/07/2019. In that message I instructed you to discontinue any further purchases, or payment of, with my debit card. I still have not received confirmation of your receipt.

I have instructed my bank to follow up on any charges to my debit card and if charges are debited to my card, I will proceed with further dispute. Please respond to let me know of your awareness of this forthcoming dispute. Barbara minor

  16. Yes, this is a scam. I just got a credit card charge of 92.67 I didn’t authorize. My bank told me that this is quite common for somebody who give you a free trial, but get yr card information.

REMEMBER, there is no free meal.

  17. I ordered this product on 1/2/19 and by 1/18/19 they charged me $92.67. I just called and cancelled my order 1/23/19. Explained I did not authorize this and they responded the trial ended after 14 days. They did offer me up to $20 then $40 off to keep the order going. I declined and the CSR said they would honor the offer if I decided to order again. She was very nice. I explained wanted to see if it actually works before any commitment. I was given a cancellation # and have just received, 1 minute later, a cancellation email. CS# 844-523-1088 and I right there on the bottle.

  18. Well I fell for this. Guess I should have had a magnifying glass to read the fine print. After the initial trial, I received 2 more months of this cream. They charged my account $98/each month. I just called to stop it. Got it cancelled and got a cancellation #. Asked about sending back the other cream, which is still in the original shipping package, and she said she would give me a $20 credit and I could keep the cream. I told her it was within the 30 days and she said it would get credited within 7-10 days and there would be a restocking fee. I opted to get the $20 bucks. She apologized and I told her it was a lesson learned!

  19. Yes this is a scam. I ordered the trial size on 1-1-19 – never received it but paid the S&H charge of 6.95. On 1-17-19 I was charged $92.67 for a months supply -never received it, and now $10.00 for a new card for a total $109.62 for something I have never received. I called their customer service line 8 times and asked them to help me out and talked to six different people. They said a credit was issued on 1-17-19 for $92.67, which the bank said they never received. They told me to send a copy of my bank statement (really!!!!) to verify that no credit was received, or have a three way call with me, my bank and the Soyeux Co. That was not agreeable at all. So watch out, this is truly a scam. The bank advised me to get a new card so this company could no longer charge anything more to my account. So be advised, this offer is NOT credible.

  20. Definitely a scam. I ordered product and have not seen a difference. I went to cancel order and the guy was very rude and disrespectful and threathen me with returning the product and if I didn’t I’d still be charged. Well I didn’t return product as it was suppose to be a free product and pay just for shipping. I wasn’t charged either. They try to scare you in believing they will charge you if you don’t return. Not worth the $13!! also I highly doubt this product is from Kathy Gifford as they state, I wonder if she is aware they are using her name to advertise. I’d sue if I were her.

  21. Definitely a scam. Seemed too good to be true and less than 2 weeks after ordering trial – received two charges for $92.67 each. When I called customer service, they said they could “refund” $60 for each product, leaving me stuck with original “shipping” cost, plus over $30 for a very small container of eye cream and another face cream. Not a credible offer!

  22. I thought I was ordering from Kathy Lee Gifford’s face cream line as the article said because I thought I could trust her but it had nothing to do with Kathy Lee Gifford. And my Husband was in the hospital and I didn’t look at my bank statement for January but find I was charged for 92.67 for January and February and have no other cream but the small trial sample I received.this is a scam called the said they would give me back$80.00 $40.00 for each month but I want all my money back I am contacting an attorney.

  23. This is definitely a scam. I failed to read the fine print about the 18 days of free trial before they auto-ship and charge your credit card over and over like a fraudulent transaction. I tried calling the number and it went unanswered at day 21 of the trial period. I sent an email the same day and no response to it either. It said, do not ship any more product as the charges will be disputed. Please cancel my account. My card was charged $92.67, however, no product was received so I am disputing it with my credit card company. I realize NOTHING IS FREE.
