Rhea Skincare Solution Review – Is this trial offer a scam?

Rhea Skincare Solution Review – Is this trial offer a scam?

Rhea Skincare is an anti-ageing product that claims to offer a range of benefits.

These benefits include the ability to help you “achieve visibly younger skin”, which as we age is something that maybe wearing down your confidence.

So should you sign up for this trial offer? The following review will answer the question for you by looking at a few important aspects.

If you have been tempted by the claimed benefits and are considering signing up for this offer then I would suggest that you read on. We will soon uncover the truth behind the hype.

Claimed benefits of Rhea Skincare

The claimed benefits of Rhea Skincare are similar to those we have seen before. In fact the whole website template has been used countless times before to promote other trial offers.

These benefits include:

  • Brighten skin’s appearance
  • Restore your radiant, firmer skin
  • Smooth look of stubborn fine lines
  • Eliminate the look of dark circles
  • Reduce the appearance of wrinkles
  • Enhances skin hydration
  • Counters effects of stress

To check if these claims are accurate or not we will need to look at this product in more detail. In particular at the ingredients that have been used.

This is the best method of checking the effectiveness and also to ensure what you are using wont cause a reaction or any side effects.

Ingredients found in Rhea Skincare

The following ingredients have been listed on the Rhea Skincare website:

Purified Water, Propylene Glycol, Paraffinum Liquidum, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen, Ceteareth 20, DMea, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Triceptide-7, Silanetriol, Glutamylamidoethyl Imidazole, Fructose Oigossacharides, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Porphyridium Cruentum Extract, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Polysorbate 20, Triethanolamine, Resveratrol, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Fragrance (Parfum), Inositol, Phytic Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A Palmitate)

These ingredients are often found in similar products, with the Hydrolysed Marine Collagen offering numerous anti-ageing benefits.

Price of the Rhea Skincare trial offer

As with most trial offers to find out its true cost you should spend a little time reading the terms and conditions page. This is usually located at the very bottom (the footer) of the main homepage.

These T&Cs state that there is a smaller $4.95 charge to pay when you first sign up to the offer. The purpose of this first payment is to cover the cost of postage.

This first payment only covers a 14 day trial period, which when ended will result in a second charge of $89.98 being taken out of your account.

At the end of the trial you will also be automatically placed onto an auto-ship program that will ship you further packages at full price. These monthly deliveries and charges will be sent until you contact Rhea Skincare to cancel the subscription.

Is the Rhea Skincare trial a scam?

There maybe some benefit to using this product, but the fact remains that the product itself is overpriced.

The biggest issue however is the use of auto-shipping, which based on the comments received from customers caught by similar offers is likely to lead to complaints.

Our suggestion would be to avoid this offer and to look for an alternative.

Contact details for Rhea Skincare

To cancel the trial you should phone Rhea Skincare on: 1-800-364-9426

Alternatively you could email them using the following email address: support@rheacares.com

  1. i claimed the trial product to test it to my skin before I will decide to purchase it. it only cost a shipping fee. To my dismay, they charge me the whole amount. I called them and asked the. to cancel all the future product that they’re gonna send me. I hope they will refund my money.

  2. I did not understand what I signed up for until I received my credit card bill with all of the charges! Almost $200 in charges and I have only received the trial package. The advertisement is misleading and the charges on the credit card are not clear as they are for stylish derma and posh derma, whatever that means. Their customer service hung up on me when I asked for my money back! Not the way to do business regardless of the quality of the product. I do NOT recommend.

  3. Do not buy this. They charge you zero for the product and 177.00 shipping

  4. When you buy the trial you are automatically enrolled in a membership that will send additional products that you never authorized or wanted and then charge anywhere from $89-$177. My credit card blocked them under the name Posh Derma so then they started to charge as Chic Derma. It’s a scam in my book.

  5. This company is a scam!!! They sent and billed me for the two trial/sample products for the advertised $4.85 and $4.95. I carefully checked to make sure that this was NOT an autoship/opt-out. Two weeks later they billed my credit card for $89.99 and $89.97, which I did not notice, as I did not receive any products and had not authorized further shipments. A month later I received two shipments and was billed $89.99 and $89.97. I told them that they were not authorized to do this and demanded a refund. This is their reply: Thank you for your email. Please understand that you signed up for and ordered this product. Once a dispute is filed with your bank, the bank will request information from us. We will send them the terms you agreed to from the site and confirmation of delivery. We have what we need to win the dispute. From my experience talking to customers after they have lost the dispute, the bank will deny the dispute based on that and even if you get a temporary credit, they will reverse any credits after we respond and there also could be additional fees they charge you. At that point we cannot help you with any charges. I don’t want that to happen to you. So what we can do is issue you a 30% courtesy refund that will be available back to your account in 7-10 days.
Please let us know if you accept this offer as a resolution to the account so we may further assist you.
Thank you for contacting Customer Support,

  6. I would like to cancel my order I have to many bills right now and can’t afford the product, I did like the products . thank you Susan Miller

  7. Is there a way to just order the Rhea skin care cream that is in the trial without signing up for automatic shipments? I canceled mine because it was over priced and I didn’t need it every month. I have another cream that I also like but wanted to see if I can order this product when I want to buy?

  8. This so called business needs to be put in prison. They scammed my 83 yr old mother . I fought with them for a year try in NY to get her money back. Their 1st excuse is they weren’t able to refund it to credit card due to technical prob. Then they kept telling me it was in the mail. I want to know who owns this co. As I am going to file charges against them for fraud and deceptive practices. Unethical doesnt even begin to say what these shifty weasels are doing.. I strongly suggest they refund the money immediately.
