Neuphoric Skin Review – Should you sign up for the trial?

Neuphoric Skin Review – Should you sign up for the trial?

If you have come across the Neuphoric Skin website you maybe tempted to sign up for the offer.

Its claims make it seem like a worthwhile offer, and what have you got to lose anyway?

Well, as this is available for trial you need to be careful that there are no hidden charges for a start.

Trial offers are well known for having hidden charges, with many offers subsequently leading to complaints from people angry about them and the auto-shipping too.

Whether Neuphoric Skin works in the same manner remains to be seen, but the following review will discover the truth. Please read on before you rush to sign up.

Claimed benefits of Neuphoric Skin

The Neuphoric Skin website has made the following claims:

  • Improve skin hydration
  • Increase collagen synthesis
  • Reduce wrinkles and fine lines

To check how accurate these claims really are we would need to look at what ingredients have been used to create this ageless facial serum.

Ingredients found in Neuphoric Skin

While there is no label showing the exact ingredients, the website does reveal that the formula contains ceramides, retinol and acmella flower extract.

With this information at hand I can see some benefit to using this product. Of course whether we would recommend the overall package remains to be seen.

Price of Neuphoric Skin

This serum is available for trial, but if you think that you are getting a good deal you maybe surprised to learn that after the trial period has ended you will be charged $89.84.

This wont be the end of the charges either as failure to cancel the trial within the 14 day trial period means that you will be automatically signed up to an auto-ship program.

This type of program will send you further monthly packages at cost.

Is Neuphoric Skin a scam?

There maybe some benefit to using the serum itself, but the cost is certainly too high.

The fact that these charges are not immediately clear (they are hidden in the T&Cs) will also likely lead to complaints from angry customers.

I would recommend avoiding this offer and other trial offers like it.

Contact details for Neuphoric Skin

To cancel your trial you should use the following contact information:

Alternative anti-ageing skin care product

Bioxin RegenerativeIf you have been put off by trial offers but are still looking for a little help reducing the visible signs of ageing then I would suggest you visit the Bauer Nutrition website.

They have one particular product that you should try. Its name is the Bioxin Regenerative Anti-Ageing Day Cream.

It is made from proven skin care ingredients like Syn-ake that acts in a similar fashion as Botox, but without the expense.

Benefits of this cream include:

  • Fine lines reduced
  • Improved skin moisture
  • Increased production of collagen

Best of all this product is not available for trial, so you wont have to worry about hidden charges or auto-shipping.

  1. I stupidly ordered the ” free trial” of Neuphoric and I did like the serum I also recv a full jar of eye wrinkle cream which I didnt even know I would be getting wasn’t impressed with the eye wrinkle cream at all ! And than it happened my debit card was charged full price FOR BOTH PRODUCTS at a cost of 88.95 a piece I’m so mad I really thought I looked good at the fine print and obviously I do not I will be calling today to cancel and if they give me a hard time I will contact my bank and make sure they can’t charge me again! I will never ever order anything like this again!

    • I did the same, and had the same results. My bank did not pursue them, but they did cancel my card and issue a new one so they could not add any new charges. Stay away from these trials, they are a rip off.

Now they keep calling my number and harassing me even though I have asked and demanded that they stop. OMG! Unbelievable!

    • I did this and it did not say in the trial that if you didn’t cancel within 14 days you’ll be charged $88.00/monthly. I called and tried to cancel and he told me that if I want to cancel my card will be charged an extra $9.99. He couldn’t give me a valid reason for this extra charge to just cancel. I was lucky because someone had hacked my account and I had to cancel that card and got a new one.
I told the guy he could try and charge me, however, he might have a hard time since that card is now invalid. He put me on hold for awhile and came back on the line and said quite gruffly that I won’t be charged the $9.00 (like he had any alternative since that card wasn’t any good anymore) and gave me the cancellation.number.

    • I just pushed the ” go” or “submit” button by mistake as I was trying to read the obvious continuation of the product at a full price and continuing each mo thereafter.
Do I call and get the RMA# and cancel it now? 877-477-4765 will they acknowledge my stop response and it will be finished or do I have to put it in writing as well?
I was trying to get to the fine print and the site disappeared….. help. I do not want it!!!

      • I too got caught up in this scam. Asked for my “free trial offer” pay only shipping and handling. They charged me $3. 86 for shipping and handling and the charged me again for $89.84 for something I didn’t order.

I will call them and I will call my bank and see if I can block any future charges this company tries to to do again.

    • I did exactly the same, however, my bank immediately text me and I cancelled my card, went to the bank and they are going to reimburse me. I called to cancel my order and they told me that they always win the disputes with the bank but I will fight them tooth and nail over this. What a terrible way to do business. I was under the impression I had a full month to use but never thought in a million years I would get charged that amount of money!!!! $88.95 each!!! Stay away! Even if the product has good results, the way they charge you that amount of money is terrible. No product is worth that!!! Now I am hoping that my bank does not indeed go back and pay them their money after they dispute my dispute. If so I am fighting it! Beware!!!

    • Same here! And when I called them she said oh, you checked the box saying you agree to the terms and conditions. No you don’t. You don’t even see them unless you click the link at the bottom of the page and there is no where that you check to say that you agree. To make matters worse, the pump on the Neuphoric stopped working so I didn’t even get to finish the “30 day supply”. I used for about 2 weeks and noticed no visible difference. And if that’s a 30 day supply, I’m Mary Queen of Scots. I thought it was a trial size and then if you like it, you would pay full price for a Full SIZE. Absolutely ridiculously overpriced. Total rip-off.

      • I fell for the same crap!!! This company is a total FRAUD!!! I called them immediately after I I saw the charges from my bank account. I spoke with a very rude customer service rep. She was a total jerk. Went to my bank immediately and cancelled my card. Unfortunately, I will not be receiving a refund. I guess I am somewhat at fault for not reading the fine print. The terms and conditions portion of this so called FREE offer is not even on the order page. Gosh, I feel like a total idiot. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY….AND ANY OTHER COMPANY THAT OFFERS YOU A FREE TRIAL.

    • Did the same and was shocked they charged me in 15 days. I never saw that when I ordered. I didn’t notice the charges until the second month. When I called them they offered me a 35 percent refund. I hung in there and they offered me 50 percent refund. When they got to 75 percent I took it. I figured they probably had it covered legally and 75 was better than nothing.

Saw the charge on my card call my credit card company they called neuphoric and i received the same offer after not giving up for about 45 min card company is reporting them and told me to let bbb know and i will do what ever it takes to shut them down. There was absolutly no info on charges or cancelling after 14 days its a scam .Dont give up if you try to get a refund talk to supervisor and keep fighting till you get your money . I got lucky and my card company did a 3 way call and did most the work. Get a refund Id number and a cancelation number for your info.

  2. This is a SCAM to get money out of hard working people who would like an actual product to help keep looking good. They DO NOT tell you it is a trail when they say it is a free bottle (just pay shipping and handling). As you place your order for a “free bottle” of Neuphoric Ageless another window opens up offering a free “ReAwaken Phytoceramide” eye cream – you only have to pay $4.95 for shipping an handling! So of course you click on it and pay the shipping and handling. This is were the SCAM come in! Then in less than 2 weeks they charge you $90 for each product!!!!!! The packing slips are blank, (NOTHING about a trail offer, when to or how to cancel). It does say “We hope you enjoy your purchase and we look forward to serving you again.” When the charges showed up on my bank account, I canceled my card thinking I was a victim of identity theft! So…………. now I have spent time at my bank completing identity theft paperwork, am waiting for my new card, and when I call them they state it is in their “terms and condition” – but NOTHING is posted large about it being a trail! They will however refund me 35% if I will not post a bad review. They finally offered me a 75% refund if I would not post a bad review! I am shocked and outraged! For $40 they want to bribe me to keep my mouth shut about this scam! They can keep their $40. I can afford it, but other people cannot. So…….. BEWARE!!!!!!!! This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. Decided to try it, as my skin is very dry and most over the counter products don’t help. Then after reading the scam warnings went back and looked at the ‘fine print.’ There was a recurring charge of almost $90 and a phone number to call within 14 days to cancel. I called and canceled after a long wait on hold and then it took a lot of ‘No thank yous,’ the operator, who probably works on commission or has a quota she needs to meet, tried to offer me several discounts. She said it wasn’t possible to stop the shipment although it was less than an hour I was okay with that as it was less than $5.00. However, an interesting thing was my bank, Capital One, sent an email requesting verification of the transaction, it noted if it was a legitimate transaction I would have to contact the merchant if I wanted to cancel, so I did, otherwise the bank would handle it as fraud. I was given a cancellation number and will be sure to watch my credit card statement next month!

  6. I just found out my credit card had been charged $89.84 by a company called WESENERGIZEDEYES. Turns out I had signed up for a “free trial” when I actually thought I was just ordering a “free” sample of skin cream (after paying shipping charges of $3.86). I had seen the ad on Facebook, with an endorsement by Dr. Oz, of course. I called my credit card company and they explained there really wasn’t anything they could do to dispute the charges as the fine print in “Terms and Conditions” stated there would be a monthly fee and ongoing shipments of the Neuphoric skin cream I had received. I called the company (1-877-477-4765) and first spoke to a sales representative and then a supervisor. I asked that I receive a full refund, stating it was very misleading at the least. After much discussion, I was given a “courtesy refund” of $31.34. I stated over and over again that I would never have knowingly purchased this small bottle of skin cream for $89.84, and that I could not afford to pay for it. The best they could do was the partial refund. I was told my “trial” had been cancelled and requested a cancellation confirmation number. I too will be watching my credit card statement to be sure the refund is there and there are no further charges. I have learned the hard way never to sign up for a “trial” of anything, and always, always, read the Terms and Conditions. What a play on women of all ages who are vulnerable in trying to look their best as we age.

It didn’t give me an option I had to order it to complete my transaction. They are however going to send me a new free bottle of it at no charge no shipping so I can at least try the product without any further charges.

  12. RUN AWAY! I have not received the sample nor the monthly product for which I was charged. When I called the company they stated the sample was delivered, however I did not get it. Then, on Nov 27 I was charged for the full-sized product but have not yet received it, and when I asked for a refund I was informed it was a nonrefundable product thus I would not be getting my money back…but I have not received it! Being I had not received my sample product I thought that the order for a ‘free’ trial had not been processed, apparently it had. However, they stated they would give me a 35% discount “That’s the best we can do”. Really? After not receiving my trial order and an underhanded charge for $178.46, a refund of only $62.46? I guess Neuphoric does not want repeat customers & wants a lot of really bad publicity. I want my money back for products not received, but I was told to wait for the product. The customer service rep would not give me a number for Neuphoric, nor the company he worked for “For security reasons”. As well, the purchasing of this product is cloaked in deception. I wanted one sample product & kept getting pop-up buttons that asked if I wanted to proceed to checkout. The first time I clicked this button but then realized that it had added something to my cart in a deceptive manner. Highly unimpressed & a tough lesson learned…NEVER order sample products & NEVER again purchase a Neuphoric.

I signed up for this ” free trial” I was told I checked that I agreed to the terms and conditions, how many more people just check the box, not any more what was suppose to cost $3.88 for shipping cost me 89.46!!!! If you don’t read all the info they charge you more that it is advertised on their site, you must cancel in 14 days .and you must call a representative and cancel to keep from them from auto shipping and charging you $89.46 a month, they could care less what you think of this SCAM NO REFUND, NO APOLOGY, ITS YOUR FAULT I am reporting them to the BBB..don’t fall for this , it did nothing to help my wrinkles and I have used it for almost a month. It’s a shame that Dr. Ozz and Christy Brinkley would represent this company.

  15. I just checked my credit card account and saw two charges each for 80 some dollars. I knew it was a trial but swear it was a 30 day trial. How can any product really deliver results in 14 days and technically you didn’t even try the product for 14 days as it was 14 days after you purchased the trial not 14 days of actually using the product, at least in my case it was. I only signed up for 1 product and was sent 2 seperate products and charged for 2 separate products. I’m not happy at all about this!! I will be calling to cancel and I’ll probably cancel that card and have a new one reissued.

  16. THIS TYPE OF COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED BY MASTERCARDS AND VISA CARDS. THEY SHOULD PUT AN ALERT SUCH AS ” BASED ON THE RECENT EXPERIENCES OF OUR CUSTOMERS, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER FULL REFUND”.- BEFORE WE HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON ON PAYMENT. IT WOULD GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS A SECOND THOUGHT AND LESSEN THEIR DISPUTE WORK IN THE LONG RUN!

I AM SO FURIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY.

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM, SWINDLER AND A THIEF

    1) THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY HAVE A FINE PRINT NOTE ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT ITS A 14 DAY TRIAL AND IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD. THIS IS NOT READILY POSTED SOMEWHERE CLOSE WHERE YOU HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON ON PAYMENT. YOU HAVE TO SCROLL TO THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE WEBSITE AND CLICK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH I DID NOT SEE UNTIL TODAY. I DID MY TRIAL ON OCTOBER.

    2) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS AND WAS TRYING TO CANCEL. THEY REFUSED AND OFFERED ONLY 75% OF THE AMOUNT. IF THIS IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY, OUT OF DELICADEZA, THEY WOULD STOP THE DELIVERY, GIVE ME THE FULL REFUND, WHICH IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

    3) I LOST ALMOST 180DOLLARS AND MY 100DOLLARS AN HOUR WORTH OF MY TIME ON A SUNDAY.

  20. DONT’t. THIS is a deceptive free trial promotion!!! I was charged by two separate organizations 2 weeks apart from different states – 1 month and 1 1/2 months after I paid shipping for the sample – all due to ordering the free trail.

Never again. I have 1 little unsealed sample in my hand and have now received $110 charges in total, per above, for a second product shipment (not ordered, not wanted, nor received) and an on-line emag subscription which was an additional surprise!

If you overlook the box you need to check somewhere in the process they “assume” acceptance of all this. Legal yes, but deceptive and unethical, YES as well.

Credit card company was familiar with this and willing to dispute and cancel the card even before I followed up and spoke to Neuphoric – shows how many unhappy people are out there regarding this.

  24. Don’t fall for this! I learned about this product on Shark Tank and assumed that it was reputable because of my confidence in the sharks. I then signed up for the “free” trial through the website. The pop ups on the site prevented me from seeing any “terms and conditions” and the order was processed without the opportunity of a final review. This sent off some alarms right away but I was hopeful that something supported by the members of the Shark Tank team would be a legitimate operation. Wrong. After receiving the product with very little information included I did some research online and learned that I was now in rolled in a commitment to purchase the product monthly. I took advantage of my 14 Day refusal and called to cancel my “membership “. I was treated poorly, told I had to return the product at my own cost and that I would be charged an additional 9.95 for processing. I was repeatedly terms and conditions when I signed up. There were no terms and conditions made available to me as the website was very manipulative with pop-ups coming continually. I was also told that if the product was not returned into weeks I would be charged an additional charge. In addition, I never received the confirmation emails that I was told I would receive.

  29. This needs to be reported to the police. What they are doing is a civil crime. The company representatives clelarly state in the televised commercial that the product is free, but when you call the company, you have to pay $3.86 for shipping. Then they charge you $3.86 plus $4.71 and 14 days later they charge you another $89.84, without your knowledge. They say you have signed up on a program where you will be on a continuous monthly shipping program and be charged the $89.94 per month. Everyone should call your state’s attorney generals office and report this company. They are stealing from everyone who calls into them. They take the liberty of going into their account anytime they want to. Since this is being sent through the mail, it may qualify as a federal crime. This is both deceptive and fraudulent. This is nothing but a big, televised scam! Lets band together and put a stop to it before other people like us are scamed out of their money.

I called the magazine and supposedly recieved a full refund. won’t know for sure until next week. I also had a bad experience with the cream company. basically told me I agreed it the terms. I explained the whe.site was shady. she didn’t back down. I did say I would be disputing the charges and she goes into some speel how I would lose. glad to know she has special powers to the are the future. BUT then offers a 50 percent refund. I probably shouldn’t have taken it but I did. But will have to wait and see if it goes through IF IT DOES NOT I will dispute it with my bank. moral of the story DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

    • Gee, all the same experiences as me. Thought I was declining expedited shipping and the e-book magazine but apparently I was agreeing to that. They tried to email a copy of my order about 10 times and I never received any email from them. I tried to print out a copy of my order. The screen that came up was a blank order form so there was nothing to print. Never ever saw anything to read their “Terms and Conditions” because I read these things! Looked at these “Terms and Conditions” today, and there is absolutely NO WAY to print them out. The terms are that unless you call to cancel within 14 days (I’ve been on the phone over 10 minutes so far), you are agreeing they have access to your credit card to bill for the FREE samples you got, and thereafter reoccurring charges. The first charges will be both approximately $90.00. The more I pushed them and threatened to report them to the Attorney General’s office, the higher my refund got. When I told them that the website address they gave me was not even the website I ever saw when I placed the initial order, from, they finally agreed to give me a 100% refund. The refund went from 35%, to 50% to 75% and then finally 100%. I closed the account they charged to be sure they cannot charge me further. What a way to do business!

  34. This ‘free trial’ is a TOTAL SCAM. I responded to an ad on Facebook that I thought was for closeout products. I got the serum and eye creme and thought that was the end. Next thing I know, my credit card is charged 89 bucks. When I called for a refund they said no because I’d agreed to terms and conditions. I had no idea I’d signed up for auto-delivery that would charge me every month. I cancelled further shipments, but never got the promised email notification w/in 24 hours. The customer service rep told me the product had just shipped to me again that morning and she couldn’t stop it – or the $89 charge – but I should call back when the package arrives, call customer service, and they’ll tell me how to return the product for a refund.

Guess what? All they can do is a 50% refund and I keep a product I don’t want. Still didn’t get cancellation notice, but the rep told me she’d put it in today and I’d receive it in 24h.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ONE! Absolutely not worth the hassle.
