NeuActive Skin Care: Is this trial offer a scam?

NeuActive Skin Care: Is this trial offer a scam?

NeuActive is a skincare cream that claims to offer “everlasting youthful skin”. How does this product work and would we recommend it to you?

Our review will look at this offer in more detail and will decide if its claims are accurate or if they are unrealistic. If you are tempted by this offer then I would suggest that you read on, our review will uncover the truth behind the hype.

Claimed benefits of NeuActive

According to their website using this anti-ageing skin serum will help you:

  • Achieve visibly younger looking skin
  • Brighten skin’s appearance
  • Restore your radiant, firmer skin
  • Smooth look of stubborn fine lines

Of course these claims sound impressive, but you must ask yourself whether these claims are realistic or not.

The best thing you do now is to look to see what ingredients are found in this skin cream and whether these ingredients are up to scratch.

Ingredients found in NeuActive

Unfortunately there is very little ingredient information available at all to back up these claims.

What we can see from the website is that “whole collagen molecules” have been used, plus a “peptide-rich formula” has been used.

Apart from this information there is nothing to suggest that this product works as claimed.

We would prefer to see a label, but even a list of ingredients would be better than what we currently have available to us.

True cost of the NeuActive trial offer

NeuActive is available for trial, but that does not necessarily mean that this is a good offer.

It is certainly not a free trial if you are expecting it to be one.

Instead you will find that the actual cost is much more expensive than you may think.

Having read the terms and conditions (where the price is hidden) I can reveal that there is a $5.95 shipping charge to pay when you first sign up to this offer.

This initial payment gives you 14 days to try the product before you are charged again, this time the full purchase price of $89.50.

NeuActive operates an auto-ship program, so failure to cancel this trial will mean that you are automatically sent further monthly packages.

Of course any additional packages received will have to be paid for.

Is the NeuActive trial offer a scam?

There is little doubt in my mind that you will be disappointed with this offer should you sign up.

Not only are there doubts surrounding its claims, due to there being almost no ingredient information available. But the price of the product is also too high.

The final issue is the use of auto-shipping, which is likely to lead to customer complaints.

  1. I am sorry to have purchased this product. It provided me no benefit. And do not like the process of being automatically enrolled in a monthly ordering program. I have cancelled any further shipments! Thank you.

  3. Any time a company withholds the true cost of an item and takes your credit card info – RUN
They are scammers otherwise they would be honest and inform the customer what they will be charged for future orders.

  4. Please cancel any orders following the trial. I do not want to subscribe. I will expect response from you so I can be certain IT IS CANCELLED!

  5. Hi – This company is a scam – you are right – you think you’re getting a trial offer and then it becomes auto shipp. They don’t answer the number- is there a way to cancel the auto ship – I appreciate your help – Thank you

  6. I was at first impressed with the free trail offer, but did not know I only had 14 days from the order to cancel or ship back my order or get charged for 87.00!! 14 days I didn’t see any change in my skin and never once did I get an email from the company…,I noticed it on my bank account. The laddies on the phone was helpful though…but I wouldn’t buy into this product!!!

  9. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I fell for it and was duped. Lesson learned.

  10. I ordered the trial size thru Facebook then today my account was over drawn by 89.50. I didn’t authorize this, there was nothing telling me about the 14 days free trial. I only used it for 3 days then the LITTLE bottle was empty. I want my money back. Even if I did want it I wouldn’t have paid this outrageous amount for half a bottle. This stuff doesn’t work. ITS JUNK. Give me my money back and CANCEL autoship, which I wasn’t informed of that either. WHAT A JOKE AND RIP-OFF

  11. I saw the offer at Christmas time this past year and thought I’d try what I thought to be a sample for myself. Turned out the shipping charge was not the end of it. Next thing I knew my account was overdrawn for two payments of $89.50! Didn’t mention that I had to cancel in 14 days or I would be charged that amount. And, they used Sally Fields name as the person endorsing this product! I wonder if she knows this! Yeah, so my account was overdrawn, thnnng
he bank wouldn’t reimburse me at all. And, I have not bothered to try the product because I’m too afraid it may have unknown ingredients in it like lead or something. I did contact the company thru the number my bank provided me with. I was able to cancel any further shipments from a man with an accent and bad attitude. But never recovered any of my money. So, it ended up costing wayyyy more than they lead you to believe. Now, I will not EVER order anything else online!

  12. I just received your product in the mail, I did NOT order this and I don’t want it. I am sending it back unused and do not send me anything else, seriously. I don’t want this or anything else from anyone,

  13. Please cancel my free trial. I’ve tried to call and cancel my order. But no one answers. Do not bill me for any other products.

    • Pamela, this page is a review of this product, which we do not endorse. There are contact details provided above that you should use to cancel your order.

    • Pamela I just called 1-877-500-3402 and cancelled the auto-ship After They charged me $89.50 and $87.95. Boy, was I the dumb one to get into this. It won’t ever happen again.

  14. You have tried to charge me twice for a product that is a scam. I have contacted my credit card company to notify them to pay these charges.
If you continue to try to charge me for a product that is useless, I will contact the proper authorities.

    • This page is a review of this product, which we do not endorse. There are contact details provided above that you should use to cancel your order.

  15. You would think amazon could stop this from happening to us not financially able to spend this kind of money on 2 fl Oz of product that increases wrinkl

  16. CANCEL MY ORDER !!!!!!!!

  17. This is a rober! I did not order but the first promotion and then they continued sending me the boxes charging me a lot. When I asked them to cancel because I never order any other box they said that there is a POLICY -God knows where- saying that after 14 days if I don not call them canceling they automatically subscribe me and send me the packets.

  18. I to got caught in the auto ship. If anyone has had success with the cancellations, please let me know. I’m finding it impossible to cancel.

  19. Don’t get involved with this site. They send a trial and I told to cancel any further orders. Theystill charged me over $89 and I ask for a refund and send it to my bank. It was removed from my bank before it was applied. So gone is my $89, I just hope I don’t get any more changes

  20. I am demanding a refund to my Discover credit card be made immediately. The “trial” bottle — both full — were returned to your Huntington Beach, California business address. I will seek remedy from the California State’s Attorney’s office if I do not see this refund of $89.50 to my account this next week.

  21. I never received a thirty day supply. But you charged me shipping of 4.97 and 5.97 plus 87.00 for a bottle that was empty in 3 days. So where’s the second shipment. I notified the FBI who handle fraud cases. Just watch I’m going to notify as many organizations such as the BBB and Florida’s attorney general. And you also charged another 89.50 for nothing. Return my $183.00 you stole from my bank account
