Luminessence Moisturiser Trial Review – Is this offer legit?

Luminessence Moisturiser Trial Review – Is this offer legit?

The Luminessence moisturiser according to its website contains a “skin fortifying and anti-ageing formula” that promotes “powerful wrinkle repair”.

While this makes this product seem like the fountain of youth, can we really believe the hype?

We have seen countless products before this one, with each one offering numerous benefits.

Most of the time we have been left disappointed by the lack of proof of the claims.

In the following review we will look at this offer in more detail, before we conclude whether we believe you should sign up for the offer or not.

Claimed benefits of Luminessence

It has been suggested that the following benefits will be experienced through the use of Luminessence:

  • Decrease the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines
  • Repair and protect skin
  • Increase collagen production
  • Rejuvenate skin from the inside

To check the accuracy of these claims we will need to look at what this cream is made from.

Ingredients found in Luminessence

There is very little information available regarding the ingredients, let alone an actual label.

They do mention the use of a proprietary Biosphere and QuSome delivery, but very little else.

Unfortunately that means that it is impossible to comment on the potential effectiveness of this product. It may work as claimed, or perhaps does not work at all, we simply do not have enough information to make an informed decision.

True cost of Luminessence

Luminessence is available for trial, but if you are thinking that you can get this product for free then you are likely to be disappointed.

After reading the T&Cs I can reveal that after the initial sign up you are allowed 18 days to trial the product, after which time you will be charged the full purchase price of $98.79.

As you are then subsequently signed onto an auto-ship program you will find that further monthly packages and charges will also be received.

These will continue until you cancel your subscription to this program.

Below is a screenshot showing a glimpse of the advertorial we found promoting this product:

Fake Advertorial used to promote Luminessence

I very much doubt that any of these celebs have used this product, but there will certainly be those will believe the claims.

Is the Luminessence trial offer a scam?

Luminessence may make some pretty impressive claims, but they cannot prove them on the website.

There is a serious lack of information available, and the high price will surely put people off the trial.

If I were you then I would look for an alternative.

  1. Good Afternoon:
I contacted this company, Luminessence, today to inquire about money that they have withdrawn from account, and also to inquire as to how soon, after I returned the product, could I expect to see the refund in my account.
Anthony, the first representative, was very accommodating, as he explained the charges, and offered me a 60% lifetime discount. But, when I inquired about how to ship the products back, he informed that he had closed my account and provided a confirmation number, should I be interested in opening an account in the future, he informed that I could keep the product that I had received. When I started to inquire about a refund, he quickly wished me a great Saturday and hung up.
I immediately called back and a representative named Chyna (sp?) answered. I informed her that I just spoken to a very helpful person named Anthony, but when I inquired about a refund, he had hung up on me. I asked to speak with a manager. She kindly informed that she would put me on hold briefly in order to locate a manager. She came back on the line, informed that she could not locate a manager, and hung up on me.
I will not knowingly do business with Luminessence, or any of their affiliates again, and will report them to the Better Business Bureau here in the U.S., as well as consumer rights organizations in the U.K.
