Liva Derma is a retinol eye serum currently available for trial.
Those who are looking to reduce crows feet or other visible signs of ageing may be tempted to sign up for an offer like this, but before you rush into handing over your credit card details I would recommend you continue reading.
Our review will look to see if this product works, and also whether there are any hidden charges involved with this offer.
Trial offers are well-known for being expensive and having hidden charges, we will discover if this offer is the same. Please read on to uncover the truth behind this offer.
Claimed benefits of Liva Derma
Liva Derma claims to offer the following user benefits:
- Increase hydration
- Reduce dark circles
- Increase nourishment
When looking at anti-ageing products it is best to ignore any claims but to look for ingredients instead, as this information will show you exactly what effective this product will have on you.
Ingredients found in Liva Derma
You can view the Liva Derma product label below:
As you can see many of these ingredients can be found in numerous leading anti-ageing products so I can certainly see some benefit to using this product.
Price of the Liva Derma trial offer
Liva Derma costs much more than you may imagine as a trial.
You may expect it to be free but this is certainly not the case.
To start there is a $4.95 shipping fee to pay when you first sign up to this offer. You will then be given 14 days to decide if you are happy with this product.
If you are not then you must cancel the trial by contacting Liva Derma, otherwise you are going to be charged the full purchase price of $118.95.
Liva Derma operates an auto-ship program, which you are automatically subscribed to at the conclusion of the trial. This means that you will be sent further monthly packages at full price.
Is the Liva Derma trial a scam?
Looking more closely at this product and overall offer has revealed to me that while there is some benefit to be gained from its use, the offer itself is very expensive and probably not worth signing up for.
There are certainly more affordable products available that offer just as much benefit, if not more. I would recommend that you opt for one of those rather than sign up for an offer like this.

I am so saddened. My story is that my card was declined at the grocery store….for groceries. I had no idea why.
I called my bank and was told that some place out of Canada was trying to charge my account a couple different times over the last few days. It took some tracking but I figured that this “business” was trying to scam me. There is no phone number or address on the product itself but if you investigate on the Internet enough you can find the number.
I took the time and talked to “Torri”, his Supervisor, “Mariah”, and “Lola”. After explaining what I had experienced to “customer service”, I went through a series of “deals”. First I’d have to pay full price, then half price, then my order would be cancelled. I would be sent an email confirmation. I have to wait for a new bank card, made 5 phone calls, and spend a lot of time trying to resolve this…..no cancellation email ever arrived. I requested it again and again.
I am sad because of the blatant dishonesty and lack of respect. I have an obligation to help others. I hope and pray this stops.
SCAM,SCAM,SCAM. PLEASE, call your credit card company and file a dispute, call your State Attorney General. File a complaint with them as well.
We need to STOP THE NONSENSE!!!!!!!
After being jerked around for an hour, I finally got through to a supervisor. She insisted I contact the USPS and file a claim through them in order attain a filing claim number. She proudly insisted she would help me by provide the tracking number and a date of delivery for the product. According to her, this was the only way I could get a 100% refund.
However, when I did enter the tracking number she provided on the USPS website, I got a message on the sidebar saying, “the tracking number is not eligible for filling a claim because insurance was not available or purchased for this article. A second supervisor got involved; Richard, Agent 490, NASTY, NASTY man, he informed me it was all very sad. End of story! I could not escalate this call any further. He was in charge. He made all decisions. NO, is NO, he claimed. I called back several times until I reached the first supervisor who was dealing with me.
I politely informed her I was placing a complaint with the State Attorney General and my Credit Card Company. She immediately, gave me a 100% refund and ask that I not file a complaint with either one of those two entities.
If I can help anyone……CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, Immediately!!!!
Do NOT send me anymore of this product. I ordered a sample of LivaDerma, but I DID NOT sign anything authorizing you to bill me for anymore shipments of this product.
I am cancelling my credit card and WILL be doing everything possible to let others know about your ‘SCAM’ operation.
EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

Liva Derma is a scam to get you to try the product and then charge $95.00-$115.00 for the product later. They say it is in the terms and conditions and will not refund any money carved! Be aware and don’t get fooled.
I just experienced the same thing, pay only shipping and handling $10.91 was charged on my account, $92.85, and $93.80. My bank called me with a red flag to see if I authorized the transactions. I called Liva Derma and talked to
Josh, he tells me I missed my 14 day trial, and I can’t get my
Money back, the devil is a LIE!!!
Don’t get sucked in. Thnx for listening.
Paid 180.00 out of my account on this cream that I still haven’t used had to call to cancel before they took another 180.00 a lesson I learned
I was charged for 2 shipments I never received. I was robbed. BEWARE!!
I did see this on FB, and sent off for my free trial. Shortly after that I read a lot of stuff about autoship and freaked the heck out. So within 24 hrs I called and followed up with email as well. They were easy to contact and quick to respond to my concerns. Since the trial was already on way I could not get refund, however, I did get a parcel within the week. NO HASSEL AT ALL
Now on to the product. I’m using it now and it’s not been just few applications so not going to review the results. I can say it has no noticeable smell. The serum is consistancy of a light hair gel. The moisturizer is very thick. Soo..that’s my experience and it’s been positive customer service and undecided on results. Yvonne
This is DEFINITELY A TRUE SCAM!!!!!!!!!
Dear Sir,
I have gone on line and I read you send your product once you send your special offer

DO NOT ORDER THIS. This is a total scam. it isn’t a free trial. They will charge your account over $200. I do not know how they are still in business. The cream also broke my skin out horribly they should not be in busy.
Do not send me anymore of your products and do not take anymore charges from my bank account. The “free” sample is not free! I am sending this back to you and expect a full refund of $97.80. I talked to your employee Navia today and she said if I send it back in 30 days I will get a refund. She said I would have to pay a $10 re-stocking fee. I had no idea You would put me on a automatic order each month. What a scam! I am on vacation in Oregon and won’t be at the address you are sending it to so I am really furious over this. Please write back to me and acknowledge that you received my “cancellation”.

I just received my creams today and the John guy just called me yesterday saying he has my order ready there but needs more info to ship it….HMMM……
I’m sorry but half of you people posting are idiots. Saw an ad and looked up a review which lead here. An unaffiliated website posting a review. So any person thinking contact this web site thinks they’ll get money back from them should realize that they don’t work for the live seems serum company and are continuously stating that they don’t recommend it on top of showing another product they do for less money.
dishonest scammers. Satan is a liar. maybe a class action lawsuit is in order
I have just read all the comments above with the answers of we do not endorse this product that they will do nothing to help you to get your money back!, This is horrible to say the least. My bank will be contacted not to
Accept any further charges from you, so don’t bother to send any more!!!
Or charge my account. I am saddened to do this as in my case the product
Worked well, however I have to follow my instincts and all the above texts
I have been calling your number for 2 days they ask for your phone number
And push pound button they come back and say to call our customer service
Dept. I do show your number customer service number rings plays about 2
Bars of this horrible music and then the line goes dead..then the only other
Way to reach them is thru this website. Where do we go from here????
Does anyone know???
Sharon, as stated this website has no link to this product. The above is a review. If you are unable to contact them using the contact details provided then your only option is to speak to your bank.
I contacted Liva Derma directly at 844-839-5384 and was able to cancel the subscription thru their prompts, then stayed online to speak with a customer service rep to dispute charges. I agreed to a 60% refund (I have an unopened product) to keep from mailing it back.
I had no idea I was entering a monthly service agreement when I paid shipping and handling for a free sample of this cream. Nowhere on the website does it say anything about paying for the item after 14 days of use or signing up for a monthly program (unless of course you read the Terms and Conditions through a separate link). The charges were under the name scskincreme.com, which I had never heard of since I signed up for Liva Derma. I knew if I wanted to dispute the charges with my bank that I would have to call the company first. I was able to cancel the service through the prompts of their customer service number and stayed on the line to speak with a rep. She explained everything to me and that I had in fact canceled, and she would send me a confirmation email. I told her I had not even opened the seal on the bottle yet and asked if I could mail it back for a refund. She said I would have to pay S&H on my own and a $9.95 restocking fee, but she would give me a 30% discount on the serum charge if I wanted to keep it. I bartered for 50% and she actually came back with 60%. So I should be seeing a $55.80 credit on my account in the coming days.
Yes, they do provide the terms, at least the website I went to. You just have to know where to look for it. It’s in small print at the very bottom of the Web page that says Terms & Conditions. Always locate the Terms & Conditions, then go to it and read it throughly. If you don’t understand it, forget it and move on even if product sound really, really good.
This is a scam. Please cancel any more orders. The product sucks and you are stealing money. Return my money you have stolen from me ASAP.
Not happy Heidi

This is a scam – just like the other comments on here. These people are misleading and stealing. I was also charged twice for products I never received. SCAM!!
People what is wrong with you. This page repeatedly tells you it’s a review page for a dvam yet you keep acting like it’s the company that ripped you off. My god people read it A REVIEW PAGE FOR A DCAM ON REYINOL SERUM
I ordered the free sample and agreed to pay the $4.99 shipping fee. I received it within a week. I would then get 2-3 calls a day while I was at work with a recording saying that I needed to pay for the shipping fee in order for me to receive my sample. I called back twice to inform them that the amount had already been deducted from my account. They would call after I had already received the sample. I had to block the number to stop receiving calls from them. About two weeks later after making a purchase at the grocery store I received a message from my bank stating that my debit card had a hold on it due to possible fraudulent charges. I was asked to review the charges and confirm my purchases. I had two separate charges from the company one for $98.05 and another for $98.83. thankfully the charges were stopped by my bank before they went through. I was able to report it as fraudulent charges and my bank sent me a new card. I was able to get the phone number for the company off my bank statement when I called sure enough it was charges for Liva Derma membership that I never agreed to. According to the agent when I ordered the sample I also agreed to membership to receive product on a monthly basis. I asked him to cancel the membership and he was hesitant to do so trying to convince me to stay and receive 35% discount. I did not agree to the discount since I had never agreed to the membership.
You listen for the free sample, and a week later they’re going to charge you 93-84 this junk I say avoid them like the plague. Not good customer service Liva Derma
I also ordered liva derma retinol eye serum and face cream ,with the understanding they were free products just pay shipping , well and lo and behold i was charged over $ 90 for each product it was deducted from my card ,so these products cost well over $200 , i am positively furious . Be aware buyers this a scam , i will be calling them and demanding my money back for this amount you can get botox for a year !!!
SCAM…….nothing mentioned about monthly charges being so high. …or tucked awa under terms conditions….
The story of Hoda using and endorsing and quitting her today daytime job to promote this cream ……………….is a lie,
