Jouvence Trial Offer Review – Is it a scam?

Jouvence Trial Offer Review – Is it a scam?

Jouvence is an anti-ageing cream that claims to create “a more youthful you”.

What actual benefits can be experienced if you use this product? The following review will look more closely to see if this product works.

Please continue reading to see if you should sign up for this trial offer or not.

Claimed benefits of Jouvence

Using Jouvence is claimed to provide the following user benefits:

  • May remove wrinkles
  • May brighten dark circles
  • May lift and firm

To verify the accuracy of these claims then we will need to look more closely at the ingredients used. Are the ingredients used up to scratch?

Ingredients found in Jouvence

Jouvence contains the following ingredients:

Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Sodium Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyl Dimethyl Taurate, Copolymer, Glyceryl Stearate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Prunus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Acrylamide/ Sodium Acrylate Copolymer, Mineral Oil, Trideceth-6, Dimethicone, Saccharide Isomerate, Pseudoalteromonas Ferment Extract, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Tripeptide-10 Citrulline, Tripeptide-1, lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Carbomer, triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol, Butylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ubiquinone 50, Squalane, Sodium Carboxymethyl Betaglucan, Aloe Vera Gel, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Sodium EDTA, Persea gratissima (Avocado) Fruit Extract, Daucus carota sativa (Carrot) Root Extract, Cucumis sativus (cucumber) Fruit extract, Panax ginseng (Ginseng) Root Extract, Tilia cordata (Linden Tree) Leaf Extract, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)

Many of these ingredients can be found in leading anti-ageing products so I can certainly see some benefit to using this product.

Price of the Jouvence trial offer

You would be wrong to assume that just because Jouvence is available for trial that it is free. As this is not the case.

Once you have signed up for this trial you will have 14 days to decide if it suits your needs. If you do not cancel the trial within this trial period you will be charged the full purchase price of R1354.

You will soon discover that Jouvence operates an auto-ship program. This means that further monthly packages will be sent to you at full price.

Is Jouvence a scam?

There maybe some benefit to using this anti-ageing cream, however we cannot recommend it due to its high price.

The use of auto-shipping is also undesirable and if past reviews of similar products is anything to go by is likely to lead to customer complaints.

I would recommend looking for an alternative if you are serious about battling your own visible signs of ageing.

Contact details for Jouvence

The following contact information should be used to cancel this trial offer:

Phone: Not available (a major red flag)
Email: support@tryjouvence.com

I would also recommend speaking to your bank to stop further monthly charges coming out of your account.

This is a good tip as often it is difficult to get in touch with offers like this.

If you have signed up for this offer then we would love to hear from you. Please leave your own review below using the comment form provided.

Alternative to Jouvence

  3. Please cancel any billing and reverse the debit from my account as I have not trialed the product nor have I ordered any additional product. Please cancel with Immediate effect any and all product you may intend sending to me as I am not interested and will not trial the product any further. I will return all the content I have but please ensure to reverse and do not send anything to me or bill my account. In addition it is not 14 days since I ordered the FREE SAMPLE as advertised and now I learned it was not FREE… It was a scam and a very sly way to entice and lure customers by you on the website. I will advise my bank accordingly

CANCEL IMMEDIATELY AND SEND MY REFUND.

  4. I was also caught unawares regarding this product. With me they actually deducted for 2 products totaling close to R3000 and when I asked the bank to cancel it, they refused.
The product is OK, but Avon has a similar product at 1000 % cheaper.
The fact that you cannot actually contact them is scary.
I think I have learnt my lesson: do not buy anything on the internet!!!!!

  5. There was no indication that after any days you are liable for the full price. Had that been the case I would have said no. There is also no statement that you will auto get ongoing products and need to canal. Secondly they charge a 2nd r75vif you also order the eye. Strictly speaking it comes in same packaging so you are not just paying for packaging and shipping.. This is a scam to lock you in without the small print

  11. This is such a scam! Funny how all the post above fall into the same time frame as mine. Also noticed the billing this morning. The transaction has not gone through yet, so I will try and stop it. Doubt I will be able to though. I am so mad at myself for falling for this! Lesson learnt! I will see if I can block any further payments to them, otherwise just stop my card in total.

  13. SCAM – BLATANT THIEFS
Locks you in with the fine print and catch you unawares. OMW I phoned them. I got threatened that she will not talk to me because I don’t give her a chance to talk. Meantime I am asking questions to find out what exactly I got billed for. Which the only explanation is that it is my fault I did not read the fine print. It is sneaky, they COUNT ON US NOT READING THE FINE PRINT. I am fuming. They took R68 and R70 on 12th October 2018. Which is what I agreed to !!!! Then on 30th (bank says 27th) they took R1297 plus 1354 = R2651.00. Taken for a ride, but lesson learned. Will never catch me like that again !!!
Long story short, I had to stop my bank card (which will cost me time and money)
Bank will do a dispute, which will be R250 per entry, so another R500 down the drain.
I am going to report this on any level I possibly can to warn other innocent victims.

  17. I bought 2 products for a total of R138 on 8 October with my credit card. They were delivered to my home.
These fraudsters have debited my credit card with R1015 today – an amount I DID NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AUTHORISE!!!
The bank says I can dispute it, but I don’t know how useful that is going to be.

    • That’s just it. That’s what makes me so mad at myself for falling for this. That “so called sample, is not for free”. They deduct this money, no matter what. I have stopped my card, and will not make any payments into that account at all until I am certain that they do not deduct any more. If i could have my way, I will take this product and go an shove it up their you know what without vaseline!! Really really pissed at myself.

  19. This is absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even get the product and like everyone else thought you only had to pay shipping for the free trial. I reckon we should do a class action lawsuit against these fraudsters. I have lawyers I know. If anyone wants to get in touch and get this done please leave a comment on my comment so we can make a plan. Disgusting that they get away with this type of thing

    • Hi All, I have had two batches of money deducted from my credit card, in excess of R5000, one I manged to reverse. I plan to lay a charge of fraud against this company and even if this does not work due to small print, I plan to tell my story to 702 as well as Carte Blanche in the hope that they are prepared to run with this story and stop future unsuspecting people from being scammed. Would be great if anyone else that has been scammed contacts them as well. Devi Govender of Carte Blanche mail address is Devi@devihq.com. 702 as follows: Bongani -andiswam@702.co.za

  24. Its a total scam. I clicked on receive your free trial kit and pay only for shipping. I filled in my particulars and card number etc then I noticed it asked for a 2cvv number instead of just cvv, which is the 3 numbers at the back of your bank card. I immediately checked on google to see if it was a scam before entering the last 3 digits. I am grateful to all of you that I did check google and found out it is a scam. I immediately canceled the transaction and thankfully I was saved by the little bell saying check first. Don’t ever give your cvv number to anyone unless you are 100% sure that it’s, legit.

  26. I contacted the shipping company that delivered the product to me and they gave me the number of the distribution company called Perfect Note. I phoned them and spoke to a lovely lady called Alex and she explained to me that people are very quick to call scam but they failed to read the terms and conditions. Alex very kindly cancelled the subscription and cancelled my repeat order. No further deductions will be taken off my account and a confirmation email will be sent to me to confirm. The Contact centre number for Perfect Note is 087 012 5265.

Just a note: NOTHING is free in this world. Once you grasp that concept, your life will start to fall into place much better. With a little bit of logic (read the T’s and C’s) and intelligence (do your research and homework) good manners and a clear mind, you can easily solve matters. (investigation).
Fine print is still readable. just do it.

    Good luck!
