Dervina Firming Cream Review – Is it better than Botox?

Dervina Firming Cream Review – Is it better than Botox?

The Dervina firming cream is claimed to be an “injection free solution for younger skin”. The website even goes as far as stating that it is “better than Botox”.

Can we really believe the hype? In the following review we will look at this offer in more detail, whether its ingredients are up to the job and whether there are any hidden charges.

We will then conclude whether you should sign up for this offer or not.

Claims made by Dervina

Apart from its “better than Botox” claim, Dervina also claims to be the “Hollywood secret that makes lines and wrinkles vanish”. The website also makes the following claims:

  • Increase of collagen production
  • Decrease in appearance of dark circles

As with any product to check how accurate its claims are we would need to do a little research on what its ingredients are.

Ingredients found in Dervina

Dervina does not have a label available to view on its website, it also does not go into great detail regarding its ingredients either.

There is a brief mention of proprietary Bisophere with QuSome delivery, but there does not appear to be much information available on what this is or does.

Price of Dervina

If you come across a trial offer and the price is not immediately available to view, as it the case with Dervina then I suggest that you see if there are any terms and conditions present.

Often you will find these important details hidden away in the T&C page.

You have 14 days to trial this firming cream before you are charged the full purchase price of $94.99. As this operates an auto-ship scheme too, further monthly deliveries and charges will be sent to you, which will continue until your subscription is cancelled.

Is Dervina a scam?

There are certainly doubts regarding the effectiveness of this product, but the main problem is its high price.

I would suggest you look for a more cost effective alternative. One that does not offer auto-shipping so that you only pay for what you need and want.

Contact details for Dervina

Alternative to Dervina

If you are put off by the high price of Dervina then I suggest that you take a look at the Evolution Slimming website.

They have a product available that contains proven anti-ageing ingredients that will ensure your skin is smoother and tighter.

This anti-ageing cream is called EvoCream and it is available to buy without any repeat charges for just $45.

  1. I received the trial offer(4.99) my trial offer time is nearly up. I am not at all satisfied with the Dervina product and do not wish to continue receiving any further shipments. Please cancel my account. I am also dissatisfied with your customer service, I called 1-855-743-3153 and a message keep repeating thank you for your patience for 15 minutes. The second call I placed I was on hold for 40 minutes, MY PATIENCE RAN OUT. It was after 5:30 pm our central time , I assumed you were closed for the day. A dissatisfied customer. • I also got scammed! ordered thru facebook so I never saw this website never knew you had to call and cancel just saw that it was a company that had customers try the product and they would them call you for your opinion. Liars! I never got a phone call just got charged almost $200 bucks! Such a rip off called today and they said they would refund me 60% I dont know if I should follow thru with my bank and place a dispute or not since this website does say it’s a trial but I never was led to this website only facebook. Lesson learned order nothing on line.

        • At least they offered you 60 percent. I fell for the same scheme and now they deducted $400.00 for 2 shipments of this crap. I am so mad.

    • I also tried to cancel the order before the “14 day trial” period and couldn’t get anyone to answers. The website trydervina.com would let me log on. I’m now being charged almost $200 from my account. I reported it as fraud to my bank. If I don’t get satisfaction, I will seek attorney advise. If anyone else had the same issue please contact me and maybe we can start a class action suit

I am returning the firming cream and advanced eye serum since they didn’t work for me, and you charged me more than agreed upon! Alice Lingrosso

  2. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DON’T CANCEL WITHIN FIVE DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTSI!!!! I called to cancel mine and was told that my card was already charged!!!. They said if I would have called yesterday I would not have been charged!! They won’t refund you the money and they don’t do returns!!!! Your 14 day trial STARTS THE MINUTE YOU PLACE THE ORDER!!! NOT AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTSI!!!!! DON’T TRY IT!!! IT DOESN’T WORK, AND THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! The Firming Cream is $94.94 and the Advanced Eye Serum is $94.99!!!!! I’m totally disgusted with this company!!!! They said that it said on the order that the trial STARTS THE MINUTE YOU PLACE THE ORDER. I haven’t read or found anywhere that says that!!! Don’t be deceived by them!!!

    • I called to cancel and was told that there was no guarantee. I told them that I was really unhappy with the cost and that I never saw what the cost would be later on. I was told that future orders could be 50%. I said NO and canceled. This cost is outrageous!

    • YES, THIS IS A SCAM! It said NO COMMITMENT on the ad. No place did I see this $94.94 crap on the AD and I looked. ALL OF THE CLEBRITIES that they showed using this junk should be ashamed. I thought FREE SAMPLE, NO OBLIGATION, NO COMMITMENT, meant try it and if you like it buy some, NOT! Now my bank account is overdrawn paying late fees and no money till my social security check comes in. After finally getting someone on the phone they said no refunds, these people are what we should be afraid of in this country.

      • Free Trial Offer “just pay shipping” is a SCAM. I thoroughly read through the product advertisement and it clearly said No Obligation, No Commitments, Free Trial Just Pay Shipping. Yet they charged my card $94 (x2) for the face & eye cream. I reported the transactions to my bank as FRAUD (as they were not authorized by me AND no where in the advertisement did it state that there would be ongoing charges or shipments without receiving a cancellation). I did not receive a 2nd shipment of products. My bank is reversing the charges and blocked the card from future use. I’m reporting the company to the BBB for false advertising and making fraudulent charges to customers of a “not so free trial offer”

    March 20,2016

My name is Marsha Moses . I don’t want all orders of any product of any type or brand from you
Do not sent anything to me effective immediately. I just spoke to someone at your company who said your computer system was down. I should call back in the morning. I just read some recent reviews where communications with you seemed to be a problem. I’m sure we won’t have a problem now that I’m sending you this email.
    Sincerely,

  9. after reading all the other messages i understand this better. You are not answering our calls so you just say you will need to contact Dervina yourself with any issues. How about this. If you charge my credit card with anything else i will have my attorney contact you. The product is not for me. SO JUST STOP IT. Now wasn’t that simple.

    • The above is a review that does not endorse Dervina. You are not phoning me, nor are you emailing me. As like I have said I have no association with Dervina or any other trial offer.

  10. I received the free samples of your product and before anything else I needed to know the price.
AND if you attempt to charge me for these two free samples I will turn it over to my attorney since your offer said FREE SAMPLES and there was no additional comments that you would
    charge me after 14 days.

I have no idea if the product is good or bad since I only just received it but your price for it
is ridiculous so I won’t be ordering it. Please take careful note of this and not cause me any
problems. You have also made me quit forever “free samples”.

    • Beverley, this is not my product and the above review serves as a warning to others that there are hidden charges. I suggest contacting them first and if you get no luck to phone your bank.

  11. This is a scam do not even try this product. I was told I would not get a refund. I haven’t had this product for even 7 days. I looked at my account today (Sat.) and saw two charges on it. No where on this sight does it say how much this product is. I will report this as a scam to my bank and also call the credit bureau and who ever else I can to get this stopped. I will never try free samples again because of this. Because it’s a lie.

  18. I also signed up for this offer and did not know I had to cancel but got a little cancer end so I called on April 12, 2016 and cancelled. Good thing I was still in trial status. The thing I didn’t like is that you get no confirmation number or cancellation number to prove that you did call. All I got was the employees name which was Deon and his employee number…2042394. I am still skeptical that this has been taken care of. I will call back tomorrow to check that it was cancelled.

  20. THIS company is a SCAM!!! I was on hold for 25 minutes and wanted to return their product that wasn’t even opened. I was told that there is no guarantee and NO RETURNS whatsoever.
When I finally got through, the representative spoke with cancelled all orders but I was still charged 94.99 for the cream. I am reporting this company to the BBB and facebook. What a rip-off!!

  21. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM and will be reported to Better Business Bureaus and all other regulatory bodies. I agreed to the 14-day trial where I paid shipping charges but nowhere did I ever agree to pay $94.99 and $94.94 for the two products which I have been charged for. When I called DERVINA some insipid and rude CSR told me that they could not provide me with whatever they said I had agreed with and of course “COULD NOT” refund the almost $200. In addition, the products work as well as Vaseline or ponds cold cream!!

I’ve learned a valuable lesson and will pursue this fraudulent company as best I can.

  26. I had the shock of my life while checking my Email this morning! There was a “confirmation” at 1 AM that my next shipment would be sent, and I was being charged 199.00 dollars for 2 products that I DO NOT WANT. I called immediately and begged for them to not take my money out of my account. An annoyed and unsympathetic voice said, “NO REFUNDS” I begged and cried to no avail. I called my bank. They said they couldn’t help me if I agreed to their conditions. I’m not sure what I agreed to. My bank told me they have received many calls from women such as myself. This seems to be a legal scam. My bank suggested that I change my card number so they are not able to charge me again. It seems some women have been charged a second time or more if they didn’t cancel their cards. PLEASE INCLUDE ME IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT. IF SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO PUT A CLASS ACTION SUIT TOGETHER, PLEASE DO IT AND INCLUDE ME. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

  27. After ordering the “free trial” of the Dervina Firming Cream and Eye Cream, I have received another shipment and been charged $200.00 for the product. Unlike some of the previous reviews, I actually got somebody on the phone pretty quickly. I explained to Justin I was not aware I had signed up for automatic shipments of the product and I didn’t see enough change to justify the price and I wanted to be removed from the auto ship. He first offered to lower the price 25% for me to stay on and when I declined that, he offered me 50% discount to continue the shipments. I told him I will use the additional product and if I see enough change to justify the cost I will call and order some. He assured me I was removed from the list. So I called my issuing bank of the card and told them I wanted to insure no more charges were made from a company. She automatically asked me if it is the skin company! I said yes and she said they will decline all charges. I told her apparently I was not the first fool that had fallen for this scam. She said no mam, we have had a bunch of them. Live and learn. No more accepting free trials of any kind on the internet for me.

  29. I received offer for free trial. I signed up and it was not clearly informed of terms. I received product in envelope with no paper documents enclosed, only address label on outside. No phone number to tell me infor on how to cancel. I have now received new charges. and cannot reach anyone on phone;. This is all misleading and fraud. I do not want the product and want a refund. Cancel my account immediately. I have not received any correspondence thru email either of new shipment coming.
