Is the DermaC trial offer a scam?

Is the DermaC trial offer a scam?

DermaC is claimed to be an “amazing new simple safe answer for beautiful and radiant looking skin”.

In the following review we will look at this offer in more detail, whether its ingredients are up to scratch and whether the offer itself is worth the cost?

From previous experience of trial offers they often have hidden charges and repeat deliveries, but whether DermaC is like this remains to be seen.

Please read on to find out what we discovered about this trial offer.

Claimed benefits of DermaC

Using DermaC is said to help:

  • Reduce look of wrinkles and fine lines
  • Increase collagen production
  • Decrease appearance of dark circles

To check how accurate these claims are we would certainly need to look at what ingredients have been used to create this product.

If the ingredients are not the best quality or have not been shown to offer these benefits then we will soon find out.

Ingredients used in DermaC

Unfortunately there is very little information available regarding the ingredients of DermaC. There is certainly no label available.

Having read the sales page the only information I can find is a brief blurb on collagen and elastin.

This is certainly not enough information to give an informed decision on what benefits are on offer.

Cost of DermaC

We already know that DermaC is available for trial, so I would suggest that you read the terms and conditions of the offer before you rush into signing for anything.

These T&Cs are usually found at the very bottom of the screen and reveal that after the 14 day trial has concluded you will be charged £69.83.

This is certainly not the most expensive trial we have seen, but why hide the charges in the T&Cs?

These terms also reveal that DermaC operates an auto-ship program that will be sending you further monthly packages until the time you cancel your subscription.

Is DermaC a scam?

There will be those who state that DermaC is a scam. This is because there is very little ingredient information available to prove its claims, plus it is not upfront about its costings.

What is most annoying is the use of auto-shipping, which from out experience is likely to lead to complaints.

You maybe better off looking for an alternative that is more upfront about its charges.

Contact details for DermaC

The following contact details should be used to cancel your trial:

Phone: +44 203 129 0772
Email: contact@trydermac.com

Alternative to DermaC

As we do not recommend trial offers it is best that you avoid the above offer. What I would recommend if you are looking for an alternative would be to visit the Bauer Nutrition website.
Bioxin Regenerative
They have a product available called Bioxin Regenerative Anti-Ageing Day Cream that comes highly recommended due to its ability to reduce the visible signs of ageing.

Other benefits include:

  • Visible reduction of fine lines
  • Replenished skin moisture
  • Younger skin for longer
  • Improved collagen production

This anti-ageing product contains proven ingredients such as Syn-ake that has been shown to work in a similar fashion as Botox, but without the high cost.

This product is not available for trial so no need to worry about any auto-shipments or hidden charges.

  1. An advert just came up on my Facebook page for the free trial and I have ordered both products, like a fool I only started reading reviews after. I’ve only just done it but happy to let you know what happens.
    Thanks Marilyn

    • Make sure you cancel before the 14 days is up. They did not make it clear that you would be subscribing to something in that online marketing. Believe me, I checked at every stage and could find nothing at all about it. They will take a lot of money from you if you don’t cancel. Try and email them too.
The cream is ok – nothing to shout about though!
      Good luck

          • I was puzzled more than disappointed to see that my bank card was declined the three times I tried to order this product. I then realized it was because I had a debit card rather than a credit card and this tells me the company likes to make continuous shipments and I’ve learned not to get involved with that kind of arrangement, especially with a trial offer. However, I still believe that a mixture of vitamin c and hydraulic acid would do what they say – I just need to find another way of buying or producing it!

        • Disgusting company. I saw nothing at all on the website that suggests a payment of £69.83p. Be very careful. I contacted the company today after I fell for the misleading free trial. They immediately offered to refund the money in full and suggested I also keep the product which I have only just received. This proves to me how underhanded and dishonest this company is. Someone seriously needs to check them out. It’s a scam!!!!

          • just been scammed out of £69.83p by this company cant get hold of them on here or the phone number providied its out of order this company can get away with this

          • This Company have been taking money from my husband’s account since June 2017 . We have been robbed as the original form mentions nothing about the full price nor taking out monthly payments. It leads you to assume that you are getting the products for that price and not £69 a month. I wish I could do something about it. I have rung and cancelled it and all I got was ‘Would you like us to put your name down for future products’ No offers of refunds for been mislead. Disgusted and very angry ! ! Anyone know how to do this ?

      • I didn’t see anything at all about them taking monthly lots of money. I didn’t sign anything!!
The only reason I found out about this is when I was looking at my bank statement last night and saw the huge £69 they’d taken. I was absolutely fuming!!
I have cancelled now, but apparently there is no way to get my money back now.

If you want to test the product that badly, just remember to cancel the ‘membership’ asap!

        • Your credit card should be able to refund the money the advertising standards should be informed too the trial should let you decide if the product was good enough to spend £65 on there is no upfront rules like pay £3.95 and if your not quick we will rip £65 every month hoping you won’t notice- you should complain the endorsements were false the packaging cheap and labelling inadequate there are still amazing amount of ways companies do this for example they ask you to answer a few simple questions and you’ve won products worth £150 just pay for postage then right when you’ve clicked in tiny print they say they will ship another cream for you and charge you every month hope all goes well

when they answer be very firm at the beginng.
ask for a refund straight away, say you’ll get in touch with the trading standards. tell them you’ll ring your bank because it is a known fact that this is a scam.
keep on telling them their a scam, they’ll give you some spiel about being able to have the cream at a price of only payiing 70% then it was to pay 50%.
i still demanded a full refund because it was a scam…

HURRAY! she said i can have a full refund and it’ll be back into my bank in 7-10 days time. (fingers crossed)
i had to package the items back (i threw my box away because i didnt think i needed it) and she gave me a returns number i had to put on the outside of the return parcel..
i also had the flawless eye cream. had refund for that also.
she also said that the bottles could be either used or full….
(im gonna transfer it into another pot so the bottles are empty)

as i ordered some for my mum an used my card i also got a refund for that BUT beware… they only take the first order an refund that, you have to tell them about the other account an say you want a refund for that 1 also

remember…. you’ll get a refund if your very stern with them an demand the refund which is rightfully yours.
at the beginning they’ll try their hardest to make out your in the wrong an their righ but in the end she was very helpfull once she knew she couldnt change my mind.

          • right. to cut it short…
ring them up an be stern 08082734949 …. you want a full refund!
send the item back to them…
wait until they have recieved it and then you ring them back 08082734949.
tell them who you are and that they have recieved the item and they will check. they’ll ask for your address and then they’ll sort it out their end and you’ll get that refund.
but remember, you’ll get the refund as soon as they recieve their cream and you give them that call.

they should rename the cream s’cream because you’ll scream when you see what they have took out your bank.

      • I was in shock, I have managed to contact customer serve to cancel whatever agreement they think they have as it was clear from the offset that it was a trial pack. All you pay is delivery – this is the only paper work I had, until money started coming out of my account. It is such a shame that customers have to go through such stress like this – in my book this is fraud. A customer should be given the option on whether the product is for them not forced down their throat.

He cancelled the subscription I didn’t know I had and refunded the full amount.

They have charged me for the trial derma c & 2 flawless eye serum. They said they are going to refund me all the money except for one where it’s going to cost me half price of the £59-71.
They said it would take 7-10 working days! For my money to come through…I will update.

    • I have just had the most awful dealing with this company. I paid my £3.99 for delivery of my trial serum. It came. It wasn’t anything special. But then I noticed £69.83 had been taken from my account. I telephoned them to ask for my money back and to cancel my account. I went away on holiday and came back to another delivery and another amount taken. This time the name of the transaction company is different. My first amount was by DermaC. This amount is by a company called FaceCare. Same amount. I returned the product and phoned them again. They said they were sorry and that I could keep the product and they would cancel my account. I heard that one before so I went straight to my Bank. They telephoned the fraud squad as this company has regularly come up on complaints listings. They told me to watch for the next month. They have blocked both these company names but I was told they use about five different account names to take money out of your account. I have to watch for the next month to see if they have taken another amount. The bank will reimburse me but there is nothing I can do apart from change my account. If you have paid by a debit card the bank cannot help you. The next step is to change my bank account, which I will do if another payment goes out.

She has assured me that my money will be refunded in 7to 14 days but I won’t hold my breath. I have sent an email confirming our telephone conversation. It’s not the way you expect a company to behave and at no time did I see mentioned about payment had to be made for the products or the order cancelled within 14 days. 10. ALWAYS look at the ‘TERMS’ of EVERYTHING you buy or enter into. Right down at the bottom of the page – there it is and when you open it it states VERY clearly that there will be a 30 day supply of DERMAC sent to you for £69.83 – every month. You agreed to this. You need to wake up and start to read the small print. I learnt this because I was ripped off big time by Skandia and Montpelier investors. I ALWAYS read small print now – however boring.

    • I have been back and searched and found no small print. Additionally, I had the payments debited and received no further supplies of the product, so only came across this by chance when checking my statement. The initial sample lasted a fortnight so no where near a 30 day supply. Anyway, they are in breach of their supply contract now as they have extracted payment for no goods. Clearly I am not the only person to have discovered non existent small print.

I phoned the credit card company who were very helpful and gave me the company’s phone no, when I phoned them they werequite rude but after a very lengthy phone call was told they would refund half of the amount taken. I then had to ring another number to cancel the next lot due to arrive in a few days. I too am a pensioner and I can tell you I had many sleepless nights worrying about paying the credit card bill and also dreading I was too late to cancel the next months supply. These people have been scamming people for years it’s about time trading standards did something about it.

  19. This is obviously a scam which is probably my own fault. Thought was a one time trial offer for £3.99 only realised when I got a second shipment a month later and checked my account to find that £69.00 had been charged instead of £3.99. They do not answer emails or respond to complaints

  20. I sent off for this offer as a surprise for my wife as she’d expressed an interest & thought she’d try it.

Quite accidentally (fortuitously) I found some negative reports on this company, similar to yours, on the web so we decided to cancel.

The cancellation process turns out to be quite compllcated. First you have to phone to get a cancellation number. They try very hard to make you change your mind with all sorts of other offers including discounts.

If you have used the trial products in any way, shape or form, you have to send the containers back to get the account cancelled. Also, you need to send it back using ‘tracked’ or ‘signed for’ post to make sure they acknowledge receipt. It may be that if they don’t get the containers they could try to charge you for the product. So, after all that, you end up paying to send back empty containers!!

Definitely not a free offer if you decide to cancel. A decidely dodgy company.

  23. I too signed up for this trial. Today I received Derma C and Flawless eye serum. There was not any mention of terms and condition in the therefor I was not aware until just now when I read this could be a scam. I am now so worried I will be charged for this trial, however it states on the documentation that if I have any questions or comments to telephone +44 2031290772 or e-mail them on contact@trydermac.com. I cannot get any telephone response so I am trying to contact them on the e-mail they provided.

  24. After writing my last comment, it occured to me that I should not have to pay to return containers (Used or unused) on a “free trial” offer. I reread the T&C’s and there is no mention of having to return anything. I rang the support number and kept being told that I have to return the containers. However, after several times of repeating that the T&C’s make no mention of returns and that the T&C’s apply to the company as well as myself, a supervisor was contacted and I got the account cancelled. I’m now awaiting email confirmation.

Also, it is a scam, since even if you accept the product, you have to pay the full price at the end of the “trial” period. There is nothing “free” about this “offer”.

    The advert states :-
Step 1: Free Bottle Of Derma C

    So this is a lie.

  25. Like many other ladies, I too was taken in by the ‘Victoria Beckham’ “endorsed” trial offer of the DermaC face serum and I feel pretty silly!! You have to act fast as you only have 14 days from receipt of product before the money comes out of your bank and the product keep arriving on a monthly basis, and the money keeps going out of your bank…..if you don’t CANCEL!!

The product arrived and thankfully, before I used it I read the reviews and realised this does look a underhand way of getting money out of you.

So I rang the number on the despatch note: 0203 1290 772 and spoke to their Customer Services Department. Jason, who tried very hard to persuade me to continue with the orders, but I was firm and he finally gave me the required Authorised Returns Reference number you have to quote when returning the trial. He gave me the address to send the product back to: DermaC, PO Box 7583, Milton Keynes, MK11 9HD, although this information is on their despatch notes, I also sent them a cancellation request e-mail to contact@trydermac,com, I sent the trial back ‘recorded delivery’ and put a letter, again recorded delivery, in the post to their Head Office, in London.

On top of that I phoned my bank and put a block on any further payments to this Company,,,,I don’t think I can do anymore………lesson learned…..if something sounds too good to be true IT USUALLY IS!!

  27. I fell for this too. There definitely weren’t any Ts & Cs on the ad I saw, it was trial sample only. I searched the Internet after ordering to see if there were any reviews on the product and realised from comments that it was probably a scam. I cancelled the order immediately by email. The DermaC arrived within 2 days and I sent another email cancelling any further orders. No replies received and today noticed that 2 weeks later £69 had been taken from my credit card and I haven’t received another DermaC. Reported to my bank who have stopped any more ‘recurrent transactions’.

  30. As others, I fell for this scam, but read what I’d let myself in for on this site within minutes of placing an order OR as I’ve since found ‘placed a subscription’.
I emailed the company immediately to cancel everything.
The following morning received an email reply that the only way of stopping the ‘order’ was to phone 0203 129 0772.
Before even phoning, I received another email saying the shipment was on its way!
After numerous phone attempts during the day, I gave up until this evening.
    Terrible phone line.
My answer as to why I wanted to cancel was that I felt conned into signing up to a subscription of £69.95.
I was immediately told I could have a 50% discount.
Chap couldn’t understand why I didn’t want anything to do with a Company that wasn’t up-front with prospective customers, but eventually he got the message.
When I receive the product, I have to return it to Milton Keynes at my own cost, either Signed For or Tracking.
I complained & he said that I could use ‘Return to Sender’, but it was unlikely the item would arrive within the cancellation period – thus triggering the £69.95.
So, no refund of original £3.95 p&p & as yet an unknown cost of returning the product.
I’m not confident that there won’t be problems down the line.
If anyone has been successful following the telecom way of returning, please say.
We live & learn – if it sounds too good, then leave alone.

  32. I just received a worrying ‘pop up’ about this product with very compelling photos/endorsements/purporting to be launched by Victoria Beckham. Photos of Goldie Hawn before and after blah blah. A dubious bit of ‘before and after film’ I googled and found this and other complaints. It is a marketing ploy with very hidden ts and cs that tie you into repeat payments. I can’t imagine the amount of embarrassed people who have fallen for it (like I nearly did). I have:- reported it to the newspapers with link to their scummy promotion; messaged Victoria Beckham (OK, probably her Facebook agent!) with a link and put a message on Facebook. Spread the word so no-one else gets caught out by these fraudsters-by-stealth.

  37. Despite slight misgivings from the start, I did the same for my wife this early morning as the last reviewer reports & after follow-up research via google, similarly feel I have probably been duped. Just tried ringing the contact number suggested above (which curiously is precisely the same as my Order ID No. they provided!) to cancel my order, but no response there. Have sent the requisite email to immediately cancel the trial order plus any possible follow-up auto-shipping, stating it is no longer wanted but would not be surprised that this is ignored too. Have therefore contacted my Credit Card provider to cancel my credit card from which £3.95 “postage” was not unsurprisingly authorised within seconds of my order placement. 5 days to wait for a new card and the inconvenience of notifying businesses of the changed number to follow, but a timely reminder to be ever more cautious in future!

After finding out that this was a scam I phoned them straight away on the number provided in this thread. After trying to persuade me not to cancel the lady on the phone eventually said it had been done. As a precaution I also send the bank a message to block all transactions from Derma C. This evening I had an email saying my items had been despatched, I replied and said that I’d cancelled the order and blocked any payments. I phoned the credit card company this evening who said that two transactions of £3.95 were pending from a different company than Derma C, she’s blocked them and will block any other further transactions. Hopefully I’ve avoided any fees, this company should be shut down.

      • I’ve just had to phone them again because it said in the email that only Derma C had been cancelled not Flawless. I spoke to someone called Sylvester, who cancelled my account and gave me a returns number and said if I didn’t return it within 30 days I would be charged, I said I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t even order and I’ve asked the bank to stop any payments to their company. He said there wasn’t any need for that and I could keep the product if I wanted to without being charged, my happiest was his concern. I’m not going to keep it I’ll just send it back return to sender. When I went through checkout it didn’t even mention Flawless and only one payment of £3.95 not two. I don’t want anything more to do with these crooks and I will never do anything as silly again as signing up for a free trial

If you have orderdered the trial and not cancelled the subscription then run a search on your account for the values above , or transaction from ‘ FLAWLESAGE’ or ‘DERMAC’ or even ‘BURY’ and see if they have hit you too! I did the same, sending a letter to cancel after the trial but they still deducted £59.71 from my account on Friday. When I called the guy on Friday he kept saying, it was a 14 day trial and I had to keep reminding him that I had cancelled. He eventually said that he had cancelled the membership and would refund the money deducted that day, but today another payment has come out for £69.83. Clearly nothing has been cancelled. The PO Box 7583 is also rented by Based Capital Limited. You can contact Royal Mail and they will advise you of this information as they cannot withhold. I am not sure how they could still be getting away with trading when they are committing an offence! Not only that Royal Mail should take action as a company that has been struck off the register is currently acting fraudulently using their service. Hoping to take this further so if anyone has any more information please post, thanks

  74. Further to my Post 15 Aug 2016 re this Company’s rather sharp practises, I now find they are particularly ‘sharp’ re the £3.95 p&p for the ‘trial offer’.
I returned the 2 products without using them, in the box they came in at a cost of £3.95. I was told that if I used Return to Sender, it wasn’t guaranteed they’d arrive within the 14 days!
I asked to be contacted when the items were received & requested further acknowledgement that my Visa wouldn’t be charged. I received an email confirming receipt etc..
Fine, the so called Order was cancelled & no further payments charged to Visa.
But my Visa Statement showed two x £3.95 p&p as there were 2 products ordered, even tho’ they came in the same box.
Today I was told that they were put in the same box to avoid ME hassle, should one product not arrive.
After much to-ing & fro-ing, it’s been agreed that the overcharge for p&p will be refunded.

  75. I ordered after seeing the advert for the trial on FB and paid the P&P. My bank then contacted me as the company were trying to take £69 and £59 and they had it listed as dubious. They blocked both payments and I contacted the company by phone and sent an e-mail to cancel – I did not get a reply. Although the man on the phone said they would cancel, my bank rang again a week ago and they were trying to take the 2 payments again under a different company name. I have now had to cancel my card as these are the payment details they hold. I have now sent them another e-mail. So be aware that they might try again.

  77. I paid 3.95 for p&p of a free trial bottle the website did not specify further transactions and they have been taking money out of my account on several occasions without me receiving more products. I got in contact with derma they have told me 10 days for refund and a cheque in post. I been waiting months for this refund. They are a scam. I have called consumer ombusmon and trading standards. I will go to solicitor and go to court as this has gone too far.

  78. I got caught out, Santander Fraud Squad called me in August saying attempts had been made to take money from my card using DermaC, I told them I only agreed to pay £3.95 for a trial size. They cancelled the attempts, however, this week I received a new statement for September & lo & behold they have now put in a charge against nfdermac of £17.46 for products. I spoke to Santander & got a stop put on any more payments from nfdermac but have been emailing contact@nfdermac.com since Monday with no luck. I have now just emailed contact@trydermac.com so will see if that helps. It may be I’ll have to cancel my card as well if they make another attempt using another company name.

A further sample arrived today. Unable to call no. Emailed again and will return product. Will never try this again. Such a con.

they are unable to raise invoices against payments , my bank said this is also against the law
      hope this helps
I did get a full refund

  80. I too fell for the hype of this scam. I had a gut feeling something wasn’t right when I had no email confirming my free trial order. So I checked it out and realised it was a con! I immediately call the help line to cancel and was told the order hadn’t gone through as they had none of my details on record. However my online bank says different. So they advised I send an email which I have done. I’ve also contacted my bank and they advised to send the product back and the money will be refunded. If it comes to this I shall send it back recorded delivery and then cancel the contract too

  81. I did exactly what everybody else did also money was taken from my bank. I rang the company told them they were breaking the law they refunded every penny within 48 hours and said there has been an error and that I could keep the product they had sent
my bank gave me there numbers.

  83. I was duped.

I’m normally careful with reading T’s and C’s – especially when presented alongside a ‘free’ gift. So this was VERY sneakily done.

There were no emails from this firm ‘Dermac’ confirming that any “trial” period applied, or had begun, or following up on the free gift. They just waited several weeks and then started taking substantial monthly payments from my credit card.

I spotted 2 amounts before I actually received any more of their products – otherwise I might have twigged sooner.

I got one payment back from Barclaycard (thank you Barclaycard) but as Dermac had already taken two payments (totalling over £100) before I reported it, I lost about £45 overall.

The products are pleasant enough to use – but that’s not really the point… I didn’t knowingly authorise anything except a few £’s (for p+p for the free sample) to be taken from my card.

So I consider this to be fraud.

I’ll let you know if I look any younger once I have used the product 🙂

  84. free trial offer popped up while looking for face cream,
I clicked for the two products, this was 10.30 pm on 1.11.16, I then realised I didn’t know how much this was going to cost me.Put their name in search engine and came across this web site. so many thanks for all of the comments previous victims had left. it was very helpful
I sent an email cancelling the trial offer straight away this was within twelve hours, and also contacted them on their customer service number (very important to do this), spoke to a chap who tried to talk me into having the product at half price, still refused and told I wanted to cancel, he then assured me the items hadn’t been sent and he would cancel the trial.
later next day the creams arrived.money for postage taken from my account. I spoke to my bank, and told them to block any further attempts to take any more money.
(both amounts taken under different names)
contacted them by email to say again I had cancelled and most certainly not paying for the postage to send back products which I had already cancelled.
heard nothing, today received my credit card to see that £59.71 had been taken, under the name nflfl with number 08082734915 which turns out is dermac
phoned them again, went through the whole thing again, first he tried to say that I hadn’t contacted them by phone, after a few mins he confirmed that I had done so. Then he tried to say I had only cancelled on one of the trials therefore I was being billed for the item not cancelled.
My comment was come on, I only had one order number, quite happy to see them in the small claims court. He then said, I would get a full refund within five days and could keep the products told him that I wanted that confirmed in an email from them, to which he agreed.
am not holding my breath on that happening, but have contacted my credit card provider and explained the situation to them. they are going to block any further attempts to take any further money next month, and deal with them if they don’t refund the money already taken
Important You must cancel by phone to customer service
and if you don’t cancel within 14 days you have to contact them to release yourself from the contract you entered into by accepting their trial offer.or they will continue taking that amount every month. interesting to see what happens next. apparently they are working within the law, however I do think that some of the experiences that happened to me most certainly were not

  85. I just ordered this product, I’m tired and wasn’t thinking. As soon as I ordered I realised how careless I’d been and went to check up on the product. Seeing all the information above I’ve immediately telephoned 02031290772 and told them to cancel my trial. They said I’d ordered a trial of both products – I hadn’t, I don’t use eye cream so only ordered the DermaC. I had to insist several times that they weren’t to take any money out of my account and not to send me anything. He tried several times to get me to change my mind but when I said if any money went out of my account or I received anything I would phone my solicitor he agreed to cancel. So I wait to see what happens – but thank you everyone above for sharing your experiences. I had to use my search history to find the order page again and it took me some time to find the terms and conditions. It is a con, I’m usually very careful but we all have our off days and can be caught out.

  86. I have just received my free samples and unfortunately It was before I had read all the comments and yes it is a con they are very clever and will tell you when you phone that it tells you all the details in the small print but I like a lot of people never saw any small print, I have been into my bank and made sure no money will be paid to these conmen, I spoke to someone at derma and was told to send back the samples and my account would be closed so I did that and also told them I would be contacting Trading Standards OH she was not happy about that and actually phoned me back later in the day to say they would refund the money for postage and package and I could keep the samples which I had already sent back. I would say to anybody call Trading Standards and also tell the people at Derma that you are doing that as they literally SHIT themselves

Now they want me to send back the product..and it must be received by 12th August. They said I would get an email within 48 hrs with the ref number and return address on. They advised I send it tracked as-well…so much for free trial! it’s cost me more money! I won’t ever make that mistake again.

  89. I foolishly ordered this product yesterday – i.e. fell for the scam. I am amazed it has been going on so long – surely this is fraudulent. There are no terms and conditions to sign up to on their website. Facebook should refuse to accept their advertising – since this is clearly a longstanding and widespread fraud. I have mailed the company and am about to call my bank, which will no doubt result in the inconvenience of having to wait for a new card to be issued.

  94. I am amazed that this company has been able to get away with this for so long. I also fell for it. Got my bank card blocked with all the hassle that creates! emailed and phoned them, they were very persistent on the phone and said I must send the product back. I don’t intend to. I’m not giving even postage to this lot, I’ve already paid £3.95 p&p -they were very quick off the mark to bank that. Surely this can be stopped as fraud. I saw NO terms and conditions.

  95. A further thought occurs to e. Why by phone ? Oh, of course, since most of us don’t record conversations, there is no evidence of what has been said or not. The call I made was answered by a very fast speaking chinese lady. Though she was polite it was almost impossible to get her to accept I was cancelling. After I put the phone down she called me back (so clearly they are monitoring calls since I hadn’t given her my number) and tried to persuade me ALL OVER AGAIN. I PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND SHE CONTACTED AGAIN SAYING SHE WAS SORRY WE HAD BEEN CUT OFF. I said I had put the phone down and was about to do so gain. I did and hopefully that’s that.

Thank you for contacting email customer support.

At this time we have been able to review your account and noticed that the order that you have placed for the product DermaC was ordered on July 24th, 2017.

    It’s a scam.

I ordered the sample but it didn’t arrive to my address and still this company charged me for 70 pound each month although I didn’t get any product not even the sample.
When I called customer support, they said it is recorded that I didn’t get the product but still they don’t want to refund me.

  102. I ordered one product but they sent me both of them.
Called to cancel everything they had set up whatever it was. I also called my bank to report them so they can´t pass anymore charges.
Thanks for the number that I got from this page btw.

The worse part for me was that right the next day of trying the products I had an allergy, spent all day with a running nose and sneezing non stop. I had checked internet all over to find the ingredients as they don´t appear on the box or have any leaflet inside.

I am very angry and would like to do something but don´t know where to go or what to do. But also I think is me to blame for using products that are not certified or with labels to see where they come from or what those products really ARE!

I Hope to learn from this.

    and others will do too

  104. I had my card stolen or lost it Im not sure and I had this product delivered (the emails for it went into the junk folder) and i did not order it. Just spoken to Steph at customer services, my account has been cancelled and I am awaiting an email to confirm the cancellation. I have also cancelled my card at the bank, so no money should go out in future, I will also all them and ask them to block any future requests for money from these people. Emails for return and cancellation have come through so we will see if they try to take any more funds from my account in the future. This looks like it is a scam, the emails are very basic with very little information on them.

  105. DERMAC, is not FREE, I set it back as requested, kept proof of postage as requested. I phoned and told them it was on its way as I had to leave for Australia (death in the family)

This was 2015. I’m still waiting for my refund in three years I have had one call back.

They said they sent a cheque. Cheque never arrived. I have phoned 100 times.

    My advise STAY AWAY.
