Auralei SCAM Report

Auralei SCAM Report

Should you use the Auralei anti-ageing serum? It is claimed to be “better than Botox” and a “Hollywood secret” that will help reduce lines and wrinkles.

These are some big claims, but can they be backed up? I notice that Auralei is available for trial, which is never a good sign. From our past experience you need to be careful that there are no hidden or repeat charges.

In this review we will discover for ourselves if Auralei is worth signing up to. Read on to discover the truth for yourself.

Claimed benefits of Auralei

Auralei is claimed to help:

  • Decrease wrinkle and fine lines by 85%
  • Increase collagen production by 95%
  • Decrease the appearance of dark circles by 73%

While these claims sound impressive, I would be wary of claims that include percentages. Particularly when there does not seem to be any proof to back them up.

If I were you I would look for proof of the claims, for instance you should look to see what ingredients the serum contains.

Ingredients of Auralei

Disappointingly despite claiming to contain “scientifically proven and patented ingredients”, there is not one mention of what these ingredients are.

This makes it impossible to tell how effective Auralei really is, or whether it works at all.

Cost of Auralei

As you may already know by know, Auralei is available for trial.

What you may not know is that Auralei is quite expensive, with a payment of £58.69 to be paid at the end of the 14 day trial.

Whats more is that signing up for this offer allows the manufacturer to send further monthly packages to you as you have also unknowingly signed up for an auto-ship program.

Would we recommend Auralei?

There is very little to recommend. Its ingredients are unknown, while the cost of the serum is also considerably high.

My suggestion to you would be to avoid this offer and to look for a more cost effective alternative.

Contact details for Auralei

There are various phone numbers available for Auralei, here are a few of them:

EvoCremeAlternative to Auralei

If you are looking for an alternative to Auralie then I would suggest you look at EvoCreme (available from Evolution Slimming).

This anti-ageing cream can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, it can also firm and smooth your skin, therefore helping to combat the signs of ageing.

You can buy EvoCreme online for £29.99, with no auto-shipping, or hidden charges. This is because there is no option for trial.

      • Hello, I’ve just phoned the customer service and cancelled the order (I never arranged for monthly deliveries) and was told that I will be given a full refund of £92; I find this so annoying as I thought I had ordered the trial offer.

          • Same happened to me … the scammers are now operating from Prague but they are on the run…

          • Its CRAZY all this people. Obviously ignorant .Did not even borders to read. when find that they get scam, they scream at everyone asking for refund all at the wrong places.

        • I saw an ad for a free sample of a revolutionary new face mask that makes you look younger. All you had to do was pay the couple pounds postage and simply receive your sample. Im a middle aged single mum and I thought why not. I paid the pnp. I received two small containers of a very watery based lotion that never formed a mask. They then went into my account a month later and took 89 then 88 pounds the same day. I agreed to a free sample. Nothing else. I’m really scared now coz they have my details. As Ive said Im a single parent and would never have taken a monthly plan on. Even for a fraction of what they took!!!

          • I have been stung too with this offer and just had an argument with the people on the phone who just kept saying that I should have read the small print as I agreed to monthly deliveries. One of the most frustrating things is that I didn’t even receive the product anyway. I have raised it with the bank but was sent a pile of paperwork which seems to prove that I did sign up for the offer. My advise to you is cancel your subscription immediately and then phone your bank and cancel your card. They have tried several times since to take money out using various names.

          • didn’t u read dear, if u request a free sample the automatically u will start paying that amount every month and they will sent u your bottle every month till u cancel with them, i suggest u tell your bank your card was stolen and get a new card

        • When I got my credit card statement this month I tossed it on my desk two days later when I opened it a big surprise? Not really I was shocked why I got £2.95 and £89.90 charges from ESTMLPHCPTVT.COM WITH 10 digit reference numbers which I don’t recognise I have ordered. Fortunately I saw on Facebook regarding a face cream scam. When I read through I saw those same letter reference so I checked my statement and BINGO it’s that Fraud company. So I rang my credit card company just few minutes ago. To stop that company taking more money from my account. The lady said she’ll stop this company. And they gonna send me forms to fill up so I can get a refund. And to ring the dispute number. I was having tachycardia but the lady who took my call from my credit card company was very helpful and was trying to calm me down. I was in real panic. Thanks guys without this technology I won’t have a clue who took my money. I will also ring that number that others have provided and see how they got my account and email add and address for that matter. Can we all get the Office of fair Trading stop this company?

          • I am in same situation. I paid for the p&p for free sample of serum which was received. I was shocked when my credit card statement arrived some time later showing £89.90 had been charged. On querying it with my bank they reinstated the charge and looked into it for me. I’ve since been told by bank that I probably should have cancelled any further monies being charged. I was stupidly unaware of the 14 day cancellation. Consequently my bank the clawed back the £89.90. I now have a new card so the crooks cannot take anymore cash from me. I have not received any other products to warrant the cost. Trying to make contact to their customer support team is useless. Is there anything anywhere we can get some advice? I could swallow this bitter pill if I had at least received the items I had paid for.

          • I sent for the free trial, paid £3.95 & £2.95 21/4/2016. Another 2 amounts have been taken out of my account £89.95 6th & 7th may. I would like my monies to be returned

        • This has just happened to me they took a total of £180 from my account then tried to do it again yesterday but my bank declined I tben recieved a message from the fraud section of the bank I have now had to cancel my card so they can longer access my account im waiting tomsee if I can fet my money back

        • I too was duped into believing I Had signed up for a trial at a very low price and realised after £270.00 having been taken from my account without my consent that I had been totally CONNED! They had been taking around £90.00 out of my account for the last 3 months using different but similar company names! They have been reported and my bank’s dispute team are fully aware of my situation! I have returned the last jar as I hadn’t even used a fraction of the first one they sent me as it was no better than cream you could buy from your local shops! I have been taught a very big lesson and will NEVER give my card details to any of these type of companies ever again! Expensive lesson to have learned I’m afraid!!!

AFTER I RECEIVED THEM I SAW COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE COMPANY AND I VISITED MY BANK THE SUPPOSED TRIAL PRODUCTS HAD COST ME £89 PLUS £30 . WAS VERY ANGRY AS I AM ON A VERY POOR PENSION AND HAVE TO WATCH MY WALLET. BUT I DECIDED TO TRY IT OUT TWO PRODUCTS A CREAM AND A SMALL AEROSOL WHICH WAS APPARENTLY A MOISTURISER. I HAPPENED TO GO TO MY BANK THAT DAY AND I TOLD THE MANAGERESS I WAS SLIGHTLY WORRIED AS I HAD BOUGHT PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM THE U.S. SOMETHING I HAD NEVER DONE BEFORE SHE CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND THERE WERE TWO DEBITS AMOUNTING TO OVER 100£ I WAS SO ANGRY WITH MYSELF FOR FALLING FOR SUCH A SCAM. THE MANAGERESS SAID SHE WOULD LOOK INTO IT, SO DO NOT KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN. THE NEXT DAY THERE WAS ANOTHER DELIVERY OF THE SAME PRODUCTS. I TOOK THEM TO THE POST OFFICE AND SENT THEM BACK WHICH COST ME 20 EUROS. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS SO WHY DOES FACEBOOK AND GOOGLE ALLOW THEM TO ADVERTISE.

I really am disgusted with Google who allowed these scammers to put their advertisements on line. I will never trust anything connected with Google again. At least the local chemist is a trustworthy shop and that is where I will purchase my moisturiser in future. My dear Mother had wonderful skin even at 92. She used Nivea and Ponds only all her life. My Grandmother lived to be 96 her skin was wonderful they were very poor living in a stone cottage in the countryside of Kilkenny leading a very hard life in the 1800s she used olive oil on her skin and her skin was beautiful. So I will never trust any adverts on Google again they should not allow these scammers to advertise.

I’ve received the product, with no paperwork, invoice, contact.

I’ve emailed the support group to complain and since cancelled my visa so thanks to Auralie for the aggravation!

          • I did receive my free products which are ok, but noticed two amounts of almost £90 each being debited from my account (Co-op Bank). Furthermore yesterday a further two amounts of over £90 and £2.51 have been debited. My bank has refunded all amounts for which I am grateful, but agree it is a total scam

        • Vicky I had same thing. I ordered the trial samples not realising I’d signed up for monthly auto-shipments. Luckily my bank contacted me and warned me. So I cancelled my card so they couldn’t take any more money. It was a load of hassle. And its put me off ordering stuff online unless it via Paypal as then they can’t just keep taking money. I got the samples – found the product okay but whether its any better than creams you can buy in Boots – who knows. I won’t be ordering anything from them in future.

I tried the 0808 number but no one picks up and then when i tried again it was engaged!! I will never purchase anything online again except maybe M&S or NEXT but these fraudsters in the US wont get caught they are steaing from people in Eire or UK but doubt if they do it in U>S Well last time i ever buy anything online and I am disgusted with Google for not closing down their website. I dont think your Bank can do anything which is why the thieves are able to get away with it. I hope i have not lost more than the 120 (might be more but thats the amount of the cream i ordered and then there is the shipping and I paid the post office here to send the stuff back. We live and hopefully learn and I will never trust Google again they are the people who should be aware of the people carrying out the fraud. Chin up, at least you wont pay online again unless it is company like M&S or the High street names. I hope they do get caught and imprisoned but they are clever and know how to hide their criminal exploits. Chin up at least we wont be trusting Google or any other US con artists.

I read one report that the cream causes skin cancer (daily Mail) so good job we wont be using it.

I tried the e-mail address and the e-mails bounced back, I tried the phone number and sat in the automated line for 30 minutes before hanging up. I have cancelled my debit card but still they take money from my account. I am at my wits end, my bank advised that even though I cancelled the card they’re using they can still take money because of the contact I inadvertently signed up for. I never received the trial only a proper bottle a month later and by then they had already taken over £100 from me.

      • I received the trial anti-aging serum. The way it was described on the video it was supposed to work within minutes – I tried it 3x times – you don’t need much as it is a serum, but there was no change what so ever.
With the help of the above post, I called the number as well and cancelled my account and was assured that no further charges would be taken from my account apart from what already had been taken which were the shipping charges. The customer service on the other line was very cordial and cooperative. The person did try to talk me into keeping my account active and then receive further products at a discount of 60%, I declined the “kind” offer, then she said she would even consider a 75% discount and I also declined saying I do not like the way they market their products and do not wish to keep my account. She then cordially confirmed that the account will immediately be terminated, no more charges taken from my account and that an email confirmation would be sent within 24 hours. I hope!.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that from the day I ordered the trial to the date I received my serum one week was already gone from the 14 day trial. I was told (3 days after receipt of my trial) that I only had 19 hours to decline the offer! It is vital to act quickly!
I wish you success in cancelling your product! I don’t think the product is youth giving as it ages you from the stresses caused! 🙂

  4. I too have been charged £58.69 For a trial offer plus the postage of £3.90 and have now just found another charge of £61.64. Informed the fraud team at bank with no success. Now must close my account. If anyone has any success in thwarting these con men, please advise to prevent anyone else suffering monetary loss

I am going to go to my bank and tell them to stop any payments trying to be taken by them. What a terrible thing to do to people, play on their vulnerabilities and use that to make money. I wish I had read all this before I tried it. I never usually do things like this and now I know why!

          • I’ve just phoned and cancelled my subscription. Was asked if I wanted to take another deal at a lower rate. I said I thought it was a scam and was told that it wasn’t. The call centre is not responsible, it is our gullability to blame. I looked up various offers and the adverts are the same, just different names. I also looked up the details of my payment to this company from my credit card, and it is a different web site altogether, this site was selling tablets.

  8. Unfortunately found ound that my mother had ordered two trial products from Auralei which haven’t yet arrived – I was suspicious so checked online and found it most likely a scam. Got straight onto the bank to stop any further payment and they said that they have had lots of this going on. Went onto website to cancel the account which eventually they said they did (though we have yet to receive confirmation) but before canceling the account, they tried to sell some other products at too good to be true prices which we declined. Definitely got to spread the word on this one!

I even tried the phone number for the u.k but it does not work so please can you cancel my contract and also send me a return address so I can return the product back. I am very upset that all the contact details are incorrect.

        • i changed cards! I know it sounds drastic but I had £90 taken from my account and another 90 lined up to go out. They have your card not bank details. I did eventually find a phone number, (at the time last year in the US). I phoned in and complained, they said it was written on the website as you signed up for the ‘free’ trial that you were entering a contract. I was so cross ( I am normally patient). I said that if it was written anywhere it was very hidden as I am a careful shopper and look for such things.

My bank (HSBC) were great for once. Say it is a scam and they will put you through to the fraud team. The bank refunded the first cost and just managed to stop the second payment which was pending but had not been taken. They did recommend sending back the creams.

I suggest going first with your banks fraud team. The HSBC were great with me. They said don’t use the cream ( I already had) and send it back.
Use the phone number call Auralie, I think I had to email in too, I can’t remember though. Insist that you don’t want the creams. Demand a return address to send the creams to. You have to be really firm with Auralie, they didn’t want to give me an address to send the creams to, but eventually did. Be persistent and don’t take no for an answer. To be honest, as I already had a refund, I didn’t send my ‘free’ creams back. But the bank said that it shows you don’t want them if you send them, send them registered post, it was going to cost me about £10 to US for two creams.

Good lluck. I got all my money back and was so relieved. If in doubt and not too disruptive, CANCEL your banking card. It will stop the company being able to take more money, but you do have the hassle of changing PayPal, Amazon and whatever websites you sign up for. X peace on you all.

  14. Please do not consider taking part in the Auralie “free trial”you will be authorising a continuous payment agreement which allows them to take unspecified amounts of money from your bank account. Even when you try to cancel within the 14 day period your emails will be ignored and phone calls will go unanswered. This company has attempted to take large sums of money from my bank account on two occasions and has tried using different company names to do this in order to get round the fact that I have instructed my bank not to pay them any money at all.

  17. THANKS TO YOU! I have successfully CANCELLED MY CONTRACT!
Re Auralie I was silly enough to send for a free trial serum and moisture (saw it on FB) then read scam feedback.
I contacted my bank and they gave me advice about the likelihood that I had ( perhaps unwittedly) signed a contract.
Today I received the trial package. No paperwork enclosed but a sender ref on the box.
I read advice about contacting them and I sent an email ( keep it in case) Then I telephoned. It was a free call. The call was successful. No stress. Quick and efficient and courteous. I was promised an email and to my surprise and delight it has arrived. I shall keep it in case! I do not expect an issue now but my bank will help if I need to call the disputes team.
Email states that there will be no further charges. I may keep the order. My account has been cancelled.
Ring free on 0808 168 3668. Ask for an email to confirm and keep that as proof. Good luck

    • I sent for the free trial but couldn’t see any small print about a rolling contract, I actually looked but couldn’t see anything so I went ahead.
Today I noticed a tiny but weird amount taken from my account and when I saw it I searched and it was linked to this product …. so followed Janet’s advice (thank you) and rang but a different number (the one that’s on my order form 0808 168 3669) and they found my contract and cancelled it, I asked for an email to confirm. I’m going to speak to my bank on Monday.
I checked my order and followed the t’s and c’s link but couldn’t find any reference to the rolling contract. I’m annoyed because I did check, couldn’t see it and went ahead.
I’ve not received the sample yet which was supposedly sent on the 21st Jan, customer support said I could keep it – gee thanks I said 🙂
I hope that’s the end of it and no further money will be taken.
      Good luck everyone!

Just read your comment as I too saw the trial on FB and applied for it on the 19th Jan and to date nothing has arrived. I started to get suspicious and so I tried to contact them by email to cancel but the email kept coming back undeliverable. Anyway long story short I rang the number you gave and have successfully (hopefully) cancelled my account and like you received an email confirming the account has been cancelled with in 5 mins on the call ending.

  18. I ordered a trial and received it around 14 days later. I got scared after reading these things but, honestly, I have just cancelled my account with no trouble at all. On the confirmation email that you get when you order there is a link to customer service. This takes you to an online chat service and you can speak to someone there and cancel your order straight away. Plus you can get a transcript of the conversation emailed to you so you have a record.
So far I have not had any unexpected money taken out of my account. And, to by honest, it was my fault that I didn’t realise about the re-order because I didn’t read the terms and conditions. When I went back over them it is in there before you order your trail.

Immediately phoned my bank and gave them all the details. They said they will monitor my account and reimburse any further transactions from the 6 companies’ names I’ve given them and reported to fraud team. The companies are operating in the USA and Ireland.

  31. I went onto my online banking on Monday evening and saw that 4 payments had been taken from my account all different companies
It was small amounts eg £2.95 plus £1.00 but it alerted me that these were not unauthorised by me ( to be honest had it been one payment i probably wouldnt of thought anything of it
I phoned Lloyds bank and explained, and to be honest they were brilliant
They said they would block any more payments going out from my account from these companies, and as i had phoned and told them they would refund any monies that did go out after Monday
Next day i paid my rent over the telephone, and my card was declined, phoned Lloyds again and was told that fraud team had put a temporary block on, wasnt warned of this and was embarrased that this had happened
But .. Happy that Lloyds were on the ball
Fraud team explained that one company reels you in and offers to send you a free sample for postage costs only, they then use other company names that are domain addresses only
They wait a month or two, and then the 4 companies take the money for the samples from your account
2 – 3 days later the 4 companies charge you for a full size £190 each in some cases
It really scared me that i had been scammed, and my bank account had been compromised
In the end i told Lloyds to cancel my card and send me a new one as it was the only way i could be assured that no- one had my details as although Lloyds blocked the 4 companies, i wasnt convinced that they could just use another company name to take money from my account
Today i actually received the free sample, but label on the wrinkle cream looked like it had just been stuck on, heaven knows What cream it actually is so i wont be using it
But googled it and then found that several people had been through the same thing, so thought i would add my experience
And whilst my bank was helpful i still lost money as they couldnt refund the original money taken from my account, but in future if i buy online i will be using Paypal as that way i am not giving anyone my card details only my email address

  32. I too was sucked into this scam, I came across this site from a another website my wife said if it’s free I will try it. I started to fill in the boxes with the normal details but I use a credit card not bank card just incase of fraud when I clicked next the second page loaded I could see terms and conditions at the bottom in extremely small writing that’s when I saw the cost. I then went back to payment details for postage and cleared all my details and logged off site. This afternoon package arrived with guess what! one tube of cream so not completing the purchase for trial made no difference.I quickly jumped onto tablet and came across this website thank god, phoned credit card company to tell them the facts, no problems they will refund any payment this company or companies try to take,I then telephoned the o8o8 number for this company for UK and to my surprise a gentleman answered my call, asked him to cancel my account and confirm by email which again was done although he did ask if I would like a discounted trial instead but I declined. The telephone number redirected me to the USA don’t know if it’s free,so I will wait and see if I have any money taken in the next few months. So read the small print if you can before you purchase.

  39. I have been caught by this scam. I did not even see the Terms and conditions anywhere and I did not tick a box to agree to them. As all the above complaints, I thought I was getting a “Free” product to try with just shipping costs. It arrived in a box with no supporting paperwork at all- nothing to tell me that not only had I agreed to pay the full price if I did not cancel or retirn within 14 days (they actually took £89.90 from my account at 12 days) and nothing to say I had entered into a monthly subscription!

The name of the company who took the money on my bank statement is not the same as my email saying it had been dispatched said it would be and on checking with my bank, it would seem this Healthfithelp.com is a domain name only set up for 6 months, so yes this is a scam and I fell for it!!
I have got through to the help line and had the same conversation as Elizabeth above- word for word- and the folow up email is also the same except the account number and name obviously.

As this company has stored my card details and when I first spotted this transaction I riased a visa dispute with my bank, I am going to go back to them and explain that the way this scam is set up, they will not be able to get my money back but I want a block put on any further attempts to debit my account. I actually don’t think they will try as at the moment they are not doing anything actually illegal- they are just conning people and if they have caught 1000 of us with this £89.90 that is serious money and they can afford to agree politely to cancel some of the accounts.
I wonder how many people who do not check their accounts daily will get two or three of these monthly amounts taken before they realise what is going on.

Surely something can be done to flag up what this company is doing?

    • same story as you. I have been out of the country and came back to my credit card statement to find 2 debits of £89.90 and £92.85 in one month! when trying to contact them my emails bounced back. i then went on live chat to be told I should have read the terms when ordering but I’m sure there was nothing on the trial order link?? like you I received a piece of paper with the order with no details for returns or accounts. I’m unable to get my money back from the credit card, but I think its awful that something can’t be done about this. I really can’t afford this as I’ve just been made redundant – but I’ve learnt my lesson.

I’ve received the product, with no paperwork, invoice, contact details etc.

I believed that I had paid for a sample at no point was there any information about £89.90 being taken from my account however they requested this payment on 1h of Feb and

  41. Hi i am one of many who fell for this so called miracle serum, it has been delivered but i have not used it just in case they want it back. I did not know this was a monthly subscription untill i received an email letting me know they were taking around £60 from my bank account, i was shocked to say the least. I have tried the website but to no avail so i have had to get in touch with my bank and cancel my credit cards. I litterally thought that if the serum worked i would then apply for anymore this as not been the case, and i feel totally ashamed over this i never thought i would get scammed in this way. I now have the inconvenience of waiting this out before applying for a new card. I have also rung the number someone has provided on this site and surprise, surprise they are having computer difficulties, my only hope is that i have canceled in time as the longer this goes on i will be left out of pocket

They cancelled my card and this time it was a fat burner called zolyria.. And I now have phoned visa and they have marked it a fraud and are looking into it.. Hopefully they give my money back..

  43. Be careful! I mistakenly signed up for this company’s product. I didn’t see the T&C, trying to contact them is a nightmare. Hanging on an expensive number so they can get more money, using contact brings up the Error 404 Not Found message.

I have passed the situation to my CC company who are now pursuing refunds form this scam outfit!

    AVOID!

….. also, I do NOTexpect this email to appear!

  44. My nightmare began on Friday 5/2/16 pm £89.90 had been taken out my account. My son immediately rang a 0141 number could get no joy as the lady talked over him, he recorded the call. I then rang my bank Santander and informed them and their fraud squad was informed. They proceeded to block my account and discovered that there was several .com companies for Auralei! Within the next hour another £88.60 had been taken, after cancelling! Went to my bank sat 6/616 morning. Before leaving home rang the company again on another number advertised 019253505233 and was told I had been credited and to not send the product back. The bank had no details of any credit and said to call fraud department. Meanwhile cannot check bank a/c because they were sending me new debit card/security number. Monday 8/2 found out about the so-called Support group on 8081683669 rang them was told had to send product back, then after return would receive credit. Text them several times and got the same message send back items then refund! Rang the 01925 number and was told again that I had been credited and no I DID NOT have to send product back. This fiasco and many other things promised from support/emails/phone calls to verify back to me etc., this went on until today!. Meanwhile no joy with Santander fraud depth.,Today 11/2/16 went to my bank to ask for a statement. I am furious ,the statement showed that I HAD BEEN CREDITED both sums, which went into my bank on sat 6/2/16 pm!!! I have felt very angry/anxious/tired/worried/not well for all this time! I am a 70yr old pensioner, undergoing treatment at hospital. Can you trust anyone anymore to deal with your complaints ie: The awful scam that’s still going on and the bank supposedly dealing with this fraud, NO YOU CANNOT

  45. Hi
I ordered the free sample i checked the offer and no mention of payments in fact it said no obligation that why I went ahead. When the product arrived my suspicions were raised because not paperwork came with the product. If was as if they did not want to be contacted. I expected information about the product and how to reorder if I liked the sample.

About a week later i was horrified to find £89.90 taken from my account. Luckily I contacted my bank Co operative Bank immediately and they refunded me and stopped any subsequent payments. They warned me to be vigilant because they may change their details and try and take more payments as they without my knowledge signed me up to a monthly subscription!!!

This a terrible scam and now I do not even want to use the product as if they are using such devious means to get my money who knows what they have put in it as they obviously do not care about us as customers.

Horrible scam and shame on you Christie Brinkley for endorsing this product and thus encouraging people to try it only to be defrauded in the process.

  50. I too have been scammed by this company. I never received my free trial. It was not in any terms or conditions that they would be taking further payments from my debit card and today I checked my bank to find that they had taken £89.90 out!! I’ve contacted my bank and they have said I can’t get the money back but they’ve put a stop on any further payments going out to this company. After reading the articles on here I will be cancelling my debit card completely. There is no way to contact this company at all. Please everyone AVOID this company.

  51. I too have been the victim of what I must admit was a too good to be true trial. I expected to be an expensive product if celebrities use it but just over a week after the product arrived with no instructions or packaging I had a random amount of £89.90 taken from my account then 14 days later an amount of £88.63 taken and 4 days later £99 taken.

I usually check my account every week but as I had been in hospital for a major op I only checked a couple of days ago and saw these 2 amounts I didn’t recognise as they were different companies the first Suprbdsnw then the 2nd company called Cmpltdthlp??

After realising I had been conned I phoned Santander asking them if there was any way they could retrieve the 3 amounts on my behalf and was shocked to find that despite them telling me immediately when they looked at my account that it was a free trial scam they had not nothing to spot the scam and inform me of what was happening. The Santander lady said she would block further payments being taken but when I rang the fraud line later she had done so – banks!!!

Anyway I phoned the Company which someone had kindly given out in the earlier messages on this scam report telephone 08081683668 and an American sounding lady after an assertive request for a full refund agreed to do so I also asked for an email confirmation of what she agreed and told me it would show up in my account in 7 to 10 days. Up until a few minutes ago there was no confirmation. Could anyone let me know if they have actually received a refund after been told they would receive one? I need to decide whether to get the Santander on to it or wait in the slim hope that I will receive a full refund?

when you email the email you sent Auralei to the bank,

However I emailed Auralei and they said they cannot deal with it through email so I live chatted with someone there and they sent me a confirmation email straight away to say it was cancelled.

    Fingers crossed

  67. Like so many people, I fell for this scam after seeing an advert on FB. I did a search for ‘Auralei scam’ before I proceeded with the free trial, but saw nothing at the beginning of Jan, how unlike today! I also did not see any Terms and Conditions, despite looking for them. Not used the cream yet but received an email saying that I had been shipped a repeat order at a cost of 60.73). In the email there is a link: myaccountsupport.net which gives you phone numbers for different countries. I called the number: +44 808 168 3668 (from Ireland it is +353-766060827) and spoke very firmly with someone who informed me that my account would be cancelled. My credit card bill arrived today and these are the charges (after the initial 2.95 postage):
    Nutralifehelp.com: 1.26
    Interfitsupport.com:89.90
    Corehealth.com: 88.63
    (14 days later)
    Interfitsupport.com: 92.85
Corehealth.com: 60.73 (this matches up to the shipment they bothered to tell me about).
Fortunately, my credit card company has reimbursed me. As a matter of interest, I have now opened the product. The serum smells and looks like burnt sugar and has done nothing for the back of my hand. They have gone in the bin. Don’t bother with this and save yourself money and heartache!

I called the company and they were useless blaming me for not reading the T&C’s. I demanded my money back but only offrered 50% of the last shipment around $70 but have to send back the serum and cream but did canel my memebership.
anyway I have sent this to watchdog now so anyone else would like to please do.

America its a free call. She said, well you didn’t call to cancel the sample bla bla bla! I slammed the phone down. This disgusting human being called me back and said what can we do about it? do you still want to continue? lol I said give me my money back! she said if you stay with us I’ll give you a discount and you’ll only have to pay $19!

I contacted them and asked for my money back said they will refund 40 percent of my money back. And someone will phone me about the rest of my money but still go no response. The trial terms is a shame as they say said to me on phone that the trial day starts from the day they receive order for free trial of the product, I didn’t receive it until 4-5 Days before they took money out of my account. Not even had 14 days trial days. So bad, and miss leading so upset with them.

I also called bank and told them to stop all outgoing payments to Beter Slim but as the bank said these companies use different merchant names or slightly change the spelling like above so they can re enter. The bank suggested once I get the refund I cancel my card as then they won’t have the last 4 digits to use.

When I opened and saw how cheap the packaging was, I realized the reason for the freeness. But when the product did nothing for me, I came to call them, and saw this report. Not sure why you are offering yet another product, so hope this is not yet another bloody scam. My blood pressure is up to the top right now, I am so angry. These people have taken £89.90 out of my account, and even after I was almost shouting over the phone about how angry I am, the salesperson continously offered me a three month 75 % discount if I would orider for another 3 months..well it is my fault for not reading the tiny print…and I am a journalist and should know better…come tomorrow, I will also be going to the nearest police station to ensure that the fraud squad are informed. I have also notified my bankers and told them never, ever to pay out any monies to these type of people before contacting me first for consent…I shall also be putting this on Facebook…will tweet it, Instagram it, and continue to phone and send emails to these people…I want a full refund…the product is crap, the company should be ashamed of what they do…but there is no shame amount get thieves, is there.

Anyway I actually received a refund for TWO of the three amounts but when I rang again to demand politely the first payment they took they said it wasn’t their policy and she kept telling me to hold the line but came back with the same statement. I am about to phone my bank Santander and hope that they will give retrieve it for me but not holding my breath. Will let you know if I am successful.

  83. I too have fallen for this absurd scam. Ordered samples & paid shipping via Facebook on my credit card. Package arrived, no paperwork to contact the company to return the goods which to be honest are worse than supermarkets own brands.
This afternoon, contacted by my card consent about activity on my card amounting to just short of £400. They’ve stopped my card & fraud dept investigating the patents taken.
I’ve contacted the online representative tonight to terminate the subscription, I couldn’t unsubscribe from without paperwork bring delivered with the samples. They said they will cancel with immediate effect but there are no refunds for despatched goods! I’ll try get my money back from the card company.
I doubt these creams & serums are worth the shipping costs let alone the £90 charges each for monthly subscription!
I can’t quite believe I fell for it!! What a fool.
The company have disappeared from FB but if they raise they’re ugly heads again I’ll be leaving comments on their page!!

  86. My card company have been great, the lady this morning said she recognised the cornpany references it’s a really big scam apparently. She gave me a statement to e-mail to them, which I did this morning, to inform them that my card company were applying for a refund due to a contact dispute. No indication of the final cost of goods & no way of cancelling the subscription. How can you cancel a subscription if the website, FB site is closed down & there’s no paperwork supplied with the goods?
I’ve had a card from the post office today to say there’s a parcel to collect. I won’t be collecting it, it can be returned to sender ( if they’ve supplied a return address)
The companies taking the payments are all different names & countries.
It’s just scandalous, I still can’t believe I fell for it.
Once bitten, twice shy so they say
Hope the information above helps some of you not offered a refund by your card suppliers.

I have been targeted 78 euro today on my pay-day and I am left with not much for my expenses. It would be great. Imi ( imi8531@gmail.com).

  96. I just got in touch with them after seeing the phone number between the first comments here. I ordered the items in February and they just a few days ago took my money out. So, Without shouting on the phone, calmly but firmly I asked the operator two things: to cancel immediately my account to them and to refund my money, hole sum ! In two minutes, they send me the email posted already up. I’m waiting now to see my money back in.

    • They put the 180 pounds back in my account in the second day I phoned them and I spoke with that customer assistant from Auralei company. Lloyd’s didn’t help to much, the debit card disputes advice me to persuade Auralei in order to receive a refund because the bank cannot help me in this matter. So, I will take into consideration to cancel my account at Lloyd’s for that and second, to be sure I can stop this thieves to take money out of my account without my consent for the transaction because, as we can see from the comments above, under different names, Auralei is taking money out from the peoples whose accounts details are in their dirty hands. Good luck to you all !

  98. I have just received my credit card to find £89.90 and £92.00 have been debited for Auralei serum. Like most people I ordered the sample and paid £2.95 and did not see anything on that order about having a monthly account. I have now cancelled the “account” with Auralei and spoken to Sainsbury’s bank, however, they say I should have read the small print and that they are aware of the problems with this company. It looks unlikely I will get any money back. I thought it would be better to pay by credit card, obviously not. I am appalled as I have just been made redundant and wouldn’t dream of spending that amount of money on face cream!

  103. I got sucked into this scam thinking I was buying a one-off trial offer of the Auralei serum and cream for $19.99 but when a second bottle was delivered yesterday (with no paperwork – just this little jar crammed into a small box protected by foam balls) alarm bells started ringing. I rang this above Australian contact no. and some pushy little “overseas” woman insisted I stay with the programme and kept reducing my costs from $19.00 every month to $19.99 every 3 months. It took me 15 minutes to convince her that if she doesn’t cancel my order I will take this matter further. I am now waiting on a confirmation email advising that my order has been cancelled.

There’s also a package waiting for me at Royal Mail which to collect would cost £12 for an item I didn’t order. Called them which in turn cost me money and had a right ding dong with the non British speaking lady who offered me 50% refund which I refuted as I didn’t want it. I hadn’t as she said been sent 4 items. I had received two, the other one is sat at Royal Mail and god knows where the other one is. I refused point blank to I her offer especially when she was offering me to continue with my monthly subscription at 19 usd a month. Told her it was a scam and said I would go to the papers. She finally agreed to a full refund and so I shall ensure that within ten days this money is refunded. Don’t touch with a barge pole. As my fella said- if it seems to be good to be true it is

  110. Its not Googles responsibility to do research for us. Before spending your heard earned money check out the company and the website for reviews – like this one now. You will then be warned. I only shop online from reputable companies – I call the Call Centre first if there’s one chat to friends and family and hear if anyone has tried that company. Your bank usually can reverse the payment once you log a dispute and then you put a stop to the debiting immediately. they are now targeting women in Cape Town South Africa showing these amazing pics on Facebook, and the responses are all from people who want to buy. I decided to research this and came across these reviews. I immediately warned my friends and public on FB and referred them to this site. These companies prey on our fears of ageing and our vanity. Im so sad for all of you who have been scammed – its a shit load of money – your banks should have ways and means to recall payment….

There is no miracle in a bottle – eat well, look after your skin to the best of your abilities and be prepared to age gracefully…. and then theres Botox… lol!

    • Well done Nuri, true you should do research. I did research the company before my free trail, nothing came up as they regularly change their name, and that was last year. Now they are advertising again with a new m
Name claiming that Victoria Beckham uses their cream, I assume it is the Same company. They have the same photos of a woman claiming to reduce her wrinkles.

  111. I signed up merely because it was a ‘free trial’. I’m always dubious about claims such as this but figured I had nothing to lose. I’m always very careful about the wording of free trial offers and if I know I’ll have to pay after the free trial I always make a note to cancel in time. However I didn’t see anything that implied I would have to cancel within a certain time limit – I realise it must have been there but somehow I missed it. I must say though that when another bottle turned up I contacted Auralei and the person I spoke to simply cancelled my subscription there and then; I didn’t make any further payment. Perhaps I was lucky with the person I spoke to?

As for the product, it didn’t help my skin at all, in fact it left it feeling dry. Also I took it with me when I stayed overnight at my son’s and the container leaked and I lost quite a bit of it.

    Regards

    Anne

  118. I dear Monica, my heart goes out to you. These scams are so clever but there is a way.

First I contacted my bank, see below.
I cancelled my debit card ( how I paid) ! I know it sounds drastic but I had £90 taken from my account and another 90 about to go out. They have your credit card not bank details.

My bank (HSBC) were great for once.
1- Say it is a scam and they will put you through to the fraud team. The bank refunded the first cost and just managed to stop the second payment which was pending but had not been taken. They did recommend sending back the creams.
Optional 2- If you want to make sure no more money is taken cancel your credit card.

The fraud team said don’t use the cream ( I already had). Or send back what you still have left. Use the phone number call Auralie, I think I had to email in too, I can’t remember though.
I eventually find a phone number (SEE at the top of all the comments for a phone number for Auralie I hope it still works for you) , (at the time last year i searched online for a phone number and eventually found one and I called the US). I phoned in and complained, they said it was written on the site as you signed up for the ‘free’ trial that you were entering a contract. I was so cross ( I am normally patient). I said that if it was written anywhere it was very hidden as I am a careful shopper and look for such things.
    With Auralie
1- Insist that you don’t want the creams.
2- Demand a return address to send the creams to. You have to be really firm with Auralie, they didn’t want to give me an address to send the creams to, but eventually did. Be persistent and don’t take no for an answer.
3- cancel the contract. ( I insisted checking with them that they had now cancelled and would not take more money)
4- send back the creams by mail – they need to sign for on receipt.

Good luck. I got all my money back and was so relieved. If in doubt and not too disruptive, CANCEL your credit card. It will stop the company being able to take more money. My bank were not so keen to do this but it made sure Auralie could not take more money. I hope you are successful. Xxx. Love and light

They seem to prey on the elderly and pensioners to pay shipping costs only for free trial creams and before one knows, they are stealing money out of one’s account. I paid R40.03 for shipping and the next thing I KNEW WAS WHEN R135.26 WAS CHARGED AS A RECURRING MONTHLY EXPENSE AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WHEN I HAD NOT AGREED TO IT.
IN ORDER TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD.
