According to the Au Nue website, this youth serum can help you to “look 10 years younger”. It has also been voted the “#1 anti-ageing serum in the United Kingdom”.
These are quite some claims, but can they be backed up?
Immediately I am fearing the worst after discovering that Au Nue is available for trial. In past reviews we have seen that trial offers are rarely as good an offer as they first appear.
Often they have hidden charges, that will leave those who sign up for the offer significantly out of pocket.
Whether this is the case with this trial remains to be seen, however we will soon discover for ourselves in the following review. Read on to discover the truth about Au Nue yourself.
Claimed benefits of Au Nue
As well as the claims mentioned already, Au Nue has also made the following claims:
- 90% decrease in wrinkles and fine lines
- 80% increase in moisture
- 65% reduction of dark circles
While these claims sound impressive enough, you need to be careful not to get carried away by them. Just because they are written down does not make them true.
It is always best to look at the ingredients used to tell exactly what benefits can be experienced through its use.
What ingredients have been used in Au Nue?
After looking at the Au Nue website I have noticed that they have mentioned 2 ingredients; pearl protein and gold.
Both of these ingredients have been shown to offer various skin care benefits, so perhaps you too could experience the benefits for yourself.
Whether we would recommend this serum though depends on whether it is cost effective though.
Cost of Au Nue
You may think that as Au Nue is available for trial that it will be a good offer. However after looking at the terms and conditions of the offer this is not true.
As with most trial offers you will be given a 30 day amount, however you are only given 14 days to trial it before you are charged £101.
Is Au Nue a scam?
Au Nue may contain good ingredients but the fact remains that it is extremely expensive.
I would suggest that you take a minute to familiarise yourself with any T&Cs before you sign up to any trial offer. Otherwise you may be in for a shock when the final bill arrives.
My suggestion to you would be to look for a more cost effective alternative.
How to cancel your trial
In the terms and conditions link (located at the very bottom of the Au Nue website) you will find a “quick cancel” button, this should be your first option.

Alternative to Au Nue
A more cost effective alternative that has been shown to produce promising results is EvoCreme.
This anti-ageing face cream is available to buy online from the Evolution Slimming website for £29.99.
Those who have used this product have been impressed with how it has been able to help firm and smooth their skin.
As it is not available for trial there are no hidden charges to worry about.

I ordered this product on 14/1/16, and my credit card was charged on 15/1/16, but, to date, I have not received the product nor any notification that it has been shipped. Please tell me the status of my order.

I placed an order for a free trial today, Feb 23/16 was supposed to be paying only $4.00 dollars for shipping – instead, they charged my card $150.00. I cancelled right away . However, I did not receive a confirmation. I did talk to Credit Card company right away. They cannot reverse it, but I can dispute the charge after the fact. I was totally mislead!!
Monica, I would be interested to hear an update. thx Jackie
Same as The other poster , i was mislead and they charged my credit card $150 dollars for a “free triasl” i am currently trying to get my money back as well.
Sirs:
Within 30 minutes ago (approximately 6:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time), an internet order was placed for Au Nue products. In placing this order, I was mislead as to the cost, i.e. $4.00 for shipping and free trial; instead, I was charged $110.66. Not only that, somehow the order and charge was duplicated.
I wish to cancel this order (and its duplicate), as well as any future orders.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to terminate my subscription/membership with your company. The reason is that you have not sent me a mail stating my accountnumber and the terms of the subscription or membership. More over, I have called serveral times and left a message but up till now you have neglected to respond.
Sincerely,
W.Jessayan
You need to contact Au Nue with any issues.
you keep saying this but no replies so i to would like to cancel
It is impossible for me to cancel your subscription as this website has nothing to do with them. If you are unable to contact them yourself then I would suggest speaking to your bank.
I have done the same as everybody above, I believed I was paying 4 Dollars, been charged over 110. Euros, I have Cancelled order by email, after reading the above I would like to know if anyone has been able to cancel or have their money returned to them. The website is misleading, once they have your credit card details the site automatically orders more stuff and you have no way of reversing transaction, you can not even get into terms and conditions.
Its a load of rubbish i have been using for the past 3wks and no changes to my skin i am going back to my old face creams which have helped rid brown patches from my face but since using au nue my patches have surfaced and returned with a vengeance worse than from the beginning
I too have been scammed, I doubt any of us will get our money back. You need to cancel your card otherwise they will take more money the following month….I KNOW
This is bull shit. Someone needs to do something I too ordered a free trail and was charged 176.00
I cant understand why charges are different Its a load of rubbish i have been using for the past 3wks and no changes to my skin i am going back to my old face creams which have helped rid brown patches from my face but since using au nue my patches have surfaced and returned with a vengeance worse than from the beginning
Yep I got scammed too – have cancelled repeat order, told I cannot cancel trial but can return products within 30 days for full refund – however, 20 days later I have not received product so cannot return. I have asked my credit card company to start proceedings against them.
I realise skincarehelp is not responsible for this obvious scam, which I have also just fallen for , tried to cancel and also had no response,
BUT after receiving so many e.mails reporting this to yourselves I would have expected the very first paragraph relating to the treatment would be to say SCAM ladies.
Is there nowhere we can report this company?
Thanks for the admin of this page and the guys who shared their experiences with Au Neu order.
I did not order this product I have contacted my bank to tell them not to pay this I need no more sent
I too fell for this scam. I also couldn’t find the terms and conditions. My bank contacted me straight away and I’m currently in dispute to get the money back. I cancelled my card straight away so they could not take any more money. I did manage to speak to someone at the company who said my order had been cancelled. To date I’ve had no refund or product. This is definitely a scam.
Please cancel order I have just put through.
Sinead

We received four pots of this product by surprise as we had never heard of it and had certainly not agreed to trial it. Has anyone else had this experience?
